IF I COULD GIVE THEM 1/2 star, they wouldnt even rate that. I am not the type of person that usually writes reviews because I figure people have bad days some times so its not a big deal. But I have absolutely had it with this location banfield. Originally we stopped coming here for the crappy service and because we moved to mission viejo and were using the Laguna Miguel location. But we just moved back to Aliso viejo and the commute is faster to this location. I made sure I make an appointment to get my puppies shots updated prior to them expiring, since I have the wellness plan , its easy to keep track of the shots and when they are due.SO YOU WOULD THINK! About 2 or 3 weeks ago I was notified that my puppies shot was expiring in June. I said no problem lets make the appointment right away. We actually made the appointment for the next day at 12 oclock. Unfortunately an emergency came up and I had to cancel that appointment, BUT WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL, I asked the employee (Jessica) lets make the appointment right away. I said I want to make sure we make the appointment prior to the shot expiring so I dont run in to issues. She said no problem. I asked for June 7 and if her shot would be expired by than. She said no problem and no ure good. So the 7th it was. As I mentioned I am moving ! So for the last 3 days my puppies have been coming to day camp , so I can move and unpack. I drop them off today June 1 and am told that my puppies shot expired A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO! R u kidding me! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!! I dont care about the commute I will drive to Laguna Niguel banfield location. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS LOCATION!!

This place is so Corporate, which means people are making decisions about procedures without actually experiencing them. Takes about 20-30 to check in and check out without a line. This I understand for new customers, but I have been going there for almost 4 years now. And I have about had it by there horrible customer service and business practices. Also Every visit the give you about 10 pages worth of absolutely worthless documentation, without the option to email. They could improve on there time efficiency and bottom line cost 2-3% if they had the option to receive the receipt via email. What is this 1989?!?! #banfieldgetwithit

Based on reviews like to these here, I took my kitten in for shots. The kitten was so scared that she became difficult. Instead of trying to get to know the animal and try to calm the animal (like they do at Alicia Pet Clinic) he abruptly stabbed the kitten in the thigh for all shots, going so deep he hit bone and the kitten screamed at the top of her lungs. I still have nightmares. The nurse came in to assist after hearing the noise and she was no help at all. She was just as impatient and rude to the animal as the Dr.

This use to be my favored vet but it has gone down hill. It has always been a receptionist error. First I received wrong information about having dental on my Wellness Plan and I had to pay for another year up front to get the cleaning. The last two times they messed up my appointments by only scheduling it for one of my animals.

Just called to have my dog seen, they have no evidence hes been there before. Went in last for dental cleaning, ended up $1,200 for services they can not now validate happened. A goat rodeo.
