Ive never had a better experience with another animal hospital. From the outside this place doent look like much & its not in the greatest area but please dont be deceived because its truly the very BEST vet you can find. All the "high end" pet hospitals arent even a sixteenth as good as this place. Staff is very nice & they treat your pets pretty well. Dr. Rodriguez is freakin awesome!! My dog LOVED him because she leaned her little head into him & she doesnt do that to ANYBODY but me... (⊙_⊙) wth??? LOL I had to have a tumor removed from her side & they took very good care of her! When I went to go pick her up she was a little groggy from the anesthesia of course but was able to walk out fine. After less than 12 hours of being out of surgery she was her old, piggy self again! She ate & drank this morning like she hadnt eaten & drank water in years! Thats normal for her because she eats & drinks like that everyday. Im so grateful to Blue Cross animal hospital! They took great care of my pooch & didnt over charge me astronomical amounts to care for her. Theyre very affordable & kind to their clients & to your pets. Ive already told my family about Blue Cross & I recommend this Vet to future pet patients.

This hospital is terrible. Brought in my cat suffering from what the vet called a "partial urinary tract blockage", the vet gave me the option of hospitalization or medication (which was all my budget could afford) and said that either option should help my cat recover. The cat had been suffering for two days when we got the medicine, and when I had checked what the doctor gave me the medicine had congealed because they mixed the pills with mineral water which delayed my treatment of my cat by a day. The nurse there also gave me the wrong instructions for the medicine, telling me not to refrigerate it when I should have. Long story short my cat passed away a day after getting the correct un-congealed medicine from the hospital. I will NEVER come back to this place. The vet did a rush check of my cat and obviously I ended up paying the price for it. The help there is lacking in common sense and I blame them wholeheartedly for my cats death. Wouldnt even give them a star, awful terrible service. Thanks a lot Dr. Sean Rodriguez

Sean Rodriguez is sn awesome Vet, he cares, really takes his time to explain things to you, i brought my cat there bout 4 years ago, she was loosening weight, vomiting...he took a blood draw, but heres what he did that was so special. ..he brought in a portable Ulta Sound... i was apprhensive at first because i couldnt afford this test, he told me not to worry, he was doing the test because HE wanted to make sure it wasnt any organs involved!! he did this free because HE wanted to know! !!... he found the problem after the blood work, my cat is still with me, God Bless Sean !!

Having worked for Dr. Rodriguez almost a decade ago, I personally experienced her dedication to her practice and caring nature towards her patients. Now that I am a cat owner myself, Ive chosen Blue Cross Animal Hospital as my sole pet care provider. I now see the other side of BCAH and feel no different from when I worked there. The staff are still helpful and friendly and Dr. Rodriguez remains as professional and caring as ever. So give her a shot at giving your pet a shot and youll see why many people take their pets there. And yes, shes worth the wait.

Dr. Rodriguez is, hands down, the BEST vet in the Inland Valley. She is dedicated, hard-working, knowledgeable and very good with animals. I have taken my cats to her for 10 years now and have used her for everything from emergency surgeries to vaccinations, and I am consistently pleased. On top of the wonderful care she offers, her prices are beyond reasonable. She no longer takes walk-ins during the week (which I miss, but she still takes them on Saturdays) and, even with an appointment, you can expect a wait, but trust me when I tell you shes worth it.

I have been coming to Dr. Rodgriguez for years. She is an excellent Vet and truly cares for her patients. She is always professional and does only what is necessary. She has such a huge practice she does not need to make up things to do to your animals like a few vets I have been to. I recommend her to everyone I know with pets. Yes, you will have to wait, even with an appointment. But trust me, she is worth the wait.

Dr. Rodriguez is fantastic. Blue Cross Animal Hospital offers great service at a low cost. Dr. Rodriguez found the bladder stone issue our dog had very quickly, unlike VCA up the street where we spent a ton of money without getting an answer to the problem. Dr. Rodriguez guided us through the treatment plan and we couldnt be more thankful for his and his teams knowledge and compassion for animals.

I have been going to Dr. Rodriguez since I was a little girl. Im now 32 yrs old and continue to take my own pets to her. The staff are very helpful and sweet towards my pets. I wouldnt continue to go there if I felt they mistreated my pets. The wait is long, but worth it. People would not continue to go if they thought something was wrong.

The service INSIDE the place is very good, but whenever I call, it gives me options that arent helpful to me so I just press one that fits the most. ALL of the options they give you lead you to a "greeting only hotline"and all it does is say hello and goodbye. I would rate 2 stars but the service is great on the INSIDE

The doctor has helped us out of some really bad situations with our pets that would have cost in the thousands of dollars anywhere else. You have to be patient and let go of any preconceived notions of customer service and being pampered while you wait. But, she loves animals and takes excellent care of them.
