Absolutely amazing! I could write a book about how wonderful the staff here at VCA are but I will attempt to keep it short. A few months ago my cat had a urinary blockage and almost died. Dr. Buehler got my cat Sampson stable and cleared the blockage there was still trouble. We couldnt get poor Sampson to urinate on his own so every single day at least 2 times a day I would bring Sampson in to have his bladder manually expressed. Then I asked Dr. Buehler to teach me how to do it so that I could help Sampson at home and also be less of a burden to the staff. She took me right back and showed me the ropes. I was so grateful! Dr. Lassen was great also when I would come in on Dr. Buehlers off days. We finally got everything under control and the reason my giant fatty cat Sampson is alive today is because of the great work of Dr. Buehler, Dr. Lassen and all the staff that loved seeing Sampson everyday. Today, I brought the dog I rescued a while ago in for her yearly appointment. Dr. Lassen was on duty. He had no problem spending all the time we needed on my Miss Vivian. Took his time checking her out. Making different suggestions and helpful tips for caring for my hiking buddy Vivian. All in all every single time I have ever been to this hospital I have never had a bad experience. The staff at the counter has always been nice. I have never waited to long to see one of the doctors nor have I waited long to be checked out. The most important thing beyond friendly staff is that I feel SAFE bringing my fur family here and I know they are getting the best care available. That is what counts the most....Thank you VCA!!!

My 18 year old cat was treated very lovingly ...she was having difficulty voiding and seemed to be in pain! It was the first time she saw a vet in her life. ..Dr. Malecek was so gentle with her. My cat had a UTI caused by her diabetes and hyperthyroidism. We were in and out within the hour. Medication in hand :) We have since seen the Dr. For a follow up appointment and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They even cut her nails...a nice treat ;) ;)

Great for nervous dogs and owners. Lincoln came to see Dr. Malecek for his first vet visit in a long time, and his first time here. When I made the appointment I let them know that we dont do well with vets. Doc walked in and totally connected with him. We got his ears AND teeth checked. No muzzle. Im so happy I could cry. Staff is super friendly. Facilities are spotless. Front desk is amazing. Theres a lot of love here.

We always have a great time coming here. Everyone from the start of checking us in to us leaving treats us with respect and they are all very kind. Doug and Russell can be a bit difficult but the staff does a great job. We are beyond happy with Dr. Steenis, Dr. Buehler, and Shasta. Thank you all for everything.

It is always a nice experience when going to VCA, everyone is so nice and helpful! Bobo does not seem to mind going to the vet which is a good thing. I have recommended VCA Arroyo to a couple of people and still continue to pass on good words about them.
