Amazing experience and exceptional dental care. I recently moved to OC from out-of-state and saw Dr. Pham for my initial visit and cleaning and Dr. Bradford for a cracked filling & cavity. The office was very clean and the equipment was state-of-the-art (digital X-ray, a special camera to take pictures of your teeth so that YOU can see what is actually going on inside of your mouth!). The hygienist did a superb job and she was down to earth, friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Pham and Dr. Bradford were both very personable and extremely good dentists. I would highly recommend either one of them (which is rare to say about a practice). Also, the front office staff gave me a detailed print out of what would be covered by my insurance as well as my deductible, out of pocket costs, etc. They took the time to explain the estimate to me before I scheduled my appointment for my filling replacement and cavity so that I knew exactly what to expect to pay out-of-pocket. During my procedure I asked to see my cavity while Dr. Bradford was removing it and she said, "of course" and kindly took a picture with their special mouth camera and put it up on the screen. I feel like I am part of my care plan at this dentist office and I trust that they are providing the best care for me as an individual. I am so glad that I found this place.

Honestly makes going to the dentist pleasant. Premier Dental is on top of the technology and patient care. You spend your time in an outstanding office environment that is upgraded in every way possible. Literally no detail goes overlooked. Aside from the facilities, the two dentists Dr. Pham and Dr. Bradford are both exceptional (and worked as professors at USCs School of Dentistry). I have been to countless dentists (in fact, my uncle was one!), but no one has kept me coming like Dr. Pham. In fact, it is almost as if he has become a family friend over the years...perhaps that is why it never feels painful to go! He takes time to care about me, and my teeth! But most importantly, unlike some dentists who like to rack up the bill, Dr. Pham makes sure your quality of care doesnt suffer along with your wallet :) I cannot imagine a better dental experience. I like the office so much that even though I am a PhD student at the University of Cambridge in England, I make sure to schedule my visits with them when I fly back to the states...they are worth it!

Premier Dental is the best kept secret of South OC. My experiences there has been so great that now its time to spread the news and let others in on this secret! I, like many others, have not had the greatest experience at dental offices. So much so that it was a chore to get myself to get checked regularly or to actually follow through with treatment. Ive had to deal with offices that will surprise me with bills that I dont expect, offices that dont have the nicest people to deal with, or offices that do shady stuff... you know what I mean. Boy was I surprised with my experiences at Premier Dental! I have seen the light and will never go to another office! Dr. Pham is funny, knowledgeable, and knows how to put me at ease before procedures. The front office is nice and accommodating. The office itself is gorgeous and impeccable. I no longer dread my appointments and actually look forward to my check ups. Thank you Dr. Pham and Premier Dental!!!

Trustworthy. While most of us hate to go to the dentist, I love to go see Dr. Duc Pham and the staff. They have been taking care of my teeth for years. Where do i start... the office decor is very modern and inviting with very friendly office staff to greet you and get you going. I go in regularly for my cleanings and to me it is like going to the spa. Whether it is Dr. Pham or the hygienist that work on me, I know Im in good hands and my teeth have never felt cleaner! I had braces almost 20 years ago and yet Dr. Pham removed some cement that was left behind and missed by my previous dentists. Dr. Pham takes his time to explain any problems that you have and I never feel like I have to question him. I have recommended Premier Dental to many of my friends and they have all been very very happy with their experience too. Visit them and try it out for yourself, you wont be disappointed!

Ive been seeing Dr. Pham for at least 10 years. His care is exceptional and he is honest and trustworthy. I tell him he is a dental artist! My 16 year son needed to have a veneer on his front tooth and Dr. Pham had the lab redo the tooth because it wasnt matching the other teeth to his high standards. I felt it looked pretty good but Im so happy I listened to him because the veneer looks incredible. You cant tell its any different then the other teeth. The office is always very clean, the hygienist is friendly and very knowledgeable. The front staff is amazing they take the time to explain and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Pham and I will continue trusting him with my familys dental care. Thank you Dr. Pham!

Dr. Pham is the best dentist Ive ever had. Dr. Bradford on the other hand forgot to tell me I needed to have a tooth drilled and filled then had someone from the front desk get me to sign off on the tooth drilling and filling while I was still on my back with a drool stained cloth attached to my neck. The front desk is unbelievably unprofessional, the moment youre not excited to give them 120 dollars (the fee they charge to even walk in the door) they get upset with you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Duc Pham for seven years. He is competent and personable. I feel that though he does do x-rays of my teeth he does not x-ray my wallet. I have not had his partner Marian but while in the waiting room a few people told me that she is wonderful. Having a dental office with both a male and female doctors is a great idea and it appears that the patients I have met over the years here like the combination.

Dr. Bradford is one of the best dentist Ive had....that says a lot because Im a former dental asstistant and front office manager (not here) so I know good work! Digital xrays are so important, they catch the small things before you have to pay for the big things! The office is so clean and the staff is friendly....I especially like the two up front! I totally recommend trying them out...youve got nothing to loose!

Dr. Bradford and her staff are wonderful. They are caring and kind and make you feel like you are there to see friends. The atmosphere is very relaxing (even though its a dentists office). Their services are very through and stand behind their work. Ive had a variety of treatments there from whitening, to Invisalign, to cleaning and dental work. All of it is top notch.

Ive seen Dr. Bradford & Dr. Pham and both are very good at what they do. Ive never felt any discomfort during my numerous visits to their office. The most important thing is their honesty, they will never try and force unnecessary treatments on you just to run up the bill. Very friendly and extremely personable, great for families and/or young people like myself.
