Great Dentistry Office! I´ve had a very pleasant experience with them. All the staff are kind and extremely professional. Rose is great taking care of the patients since the first visit, she always provides all the pertinent information and she makes the patient feel welcomed and like at home. Rose Mary is great with all the patients as well as Mary Jean the hygienist, she is particularly kind, gentle and very nice with the patients, she always tell you what she is doing. Dr. Saghatchi is an extremely professional dentist, he takes care very well of the patients, he clearly explains every treatment needed and why is needed, once he is performing the procedures, he is very nice and always puts the patient´s comfort and safety above anything else. I highly recommend this Dentistry Office to anyone living in the Orange County area. Rafael Hernandez.

After years of braces, the dentist was my only fear until I met Dr. Saghatchi. The good doctor and his wonderful staff are so very kind and gentle that I no longer grip the chair for dear life. Instead, I now look forward to getting my teeth cleaned every six months! I have never felt pressured to purchase extra services (whitening, brushes, night guards, etc.) and they are very good about answering all of my questions regarding products and services at each visit. Scheduling is very easy, and they send you reminders via email and phone prior to the date of appointment. We appreciate Dr. Saghatchi and staff so much that we followed him from another location to our now favorite location in Laguna since moving to this area. I have referred many friends and coworkers, and everyone loves Premier Dental just as much as my family!

Newport dental office is literally like a state of art experience. First and foremost, they are definitely one of the best dentists in orange county area. From the way they performs the procedures and the final success, you can tell their excellence in their field, education and their personal touch in cosmetic work. Ive had a few extractions and cleaning done; amazing results. Their approach to you as a patient is so relaxing and educative. His staff also satisfies you with an excellent job on insurance work, explaining the co-pays and procedures cost breakdown. Ive been to a few dentists in the O.C before, but they are surely is a pro in their field. I highly recommend.

The dentist usually scares me, but Dr. Saghatchi’s office makes me love getting my teeth done. His experience was much easier than I received from others! I also appreciate the way the staff treat me like a friend. I had to get a tooth extracted, which is usually the worst procedure possible if you’re a dental scaredy cat like me, but Dr. Saghatchi was gentle all the way from start to finish. After receiving some after-care instructions, I was already out and enjoying the rest of my day.

The staff at Laguna Hills Dental Care are attentive, friendly, and professional. For the usual exam and cleaning, you can be in and out of the office in no time. There is usually no wait, unlike the other dental offices I have been to. They also really try to accommodate my schedule by always scheduling my appointments at the end of the day so that I can go after work. I did my invisalign treatment here and I love the results!

I have always had the best experience with Dr. Sagatchi. Having crooked teeth he suggested Invisalign and I am thrilled with the result; I wish I had done it much sooner. I was using a CPAP machine and asked if there was any alternative and I now use a mouthpiece (much like Invisalign) at night and it has made a world of difference. I sleep much better and have more energy.

The people were kind, but I felt like I was treated like I was purchasing a used car. They tried (multiple times) to up sell me on services that I didnt need nor want. It made me uncomfortable and the "negotiations" took a long time. I just wanted my teeth clean!
