I have never walked out of a dentist office in my life, until last night. Had an appointment for my entire family, arrived early to fill out paperwork since this was our first visit to this office. Everything went fine until the cleaning, suddenly we all needed extra services and despite having double dental insurance (the entire family is covered by both myself and my wifes insurance) our bill was going to be $760 or more. I asked for explanations of why the services were needed and the dentist said she would show me on the x-ray, she left and never came back to show me. Then I discovered that despite the 3 appointments we had made only one hygienist was working, it was a full 90 minutes from when I walked in until they were even ready for me. I have serious concerns about the accuracy of their diagnosis, questions about extra services they are pushing (up selling), and finally the cleaning my son got didnt even include polishing. Now I have to wonder whats going to be billed to our insurance and how that will affect us getting services at a different dentist.

They left my mouth worst off then when I went in!!!I had to cough up $2000 to a speciallist just to try keep my two teeth that supposed they fixed!!!! when I had issues with the work they did the doctor kept telling me theres nothing they could do because they didnt do the work but yet they all work in the same office just be careful when you go here

I have to say the staff here is very professional. I love the fact that I was able to make my appointment after I got off work. The dentist made me feel comfortable and would recommend this office to anyone. While I waited in the waiting room they constantly asked if I was okay wanted anything to drink or a snack. Definitely 5 stars,

Great patience care and service. Ive been seen here and bringing my kids as well. The staff is great and the Dr.s are honest and explain everything they will be doing. They also let us know what should be taken care to avoid future dental issues. Their administration staff is awesome.
