Really didnt want to do this but maybe theyll finally learn some good customer service. Last year in April I had an appointment and forgot my medi-cal card ( my fault) so they told me to pay out of pocket and theyll reimburse me my money. Okay fast forward a few months and Ive called numerous times, went in person to talk to many people, Rosa, Sabrina, Letty(not their faults either) and even the manager once and Ive NEVER gotten a call back ONCE for my reimbursement. Im an ultrasound tech and I know how to give my patients call backs and great customer service. You guys are rated a 2 and still dont change your ways. Its very unprofessional and rude to not give your patients a simply call back to keep them updated. I definitely wont be taking my service back here ever again, nor my fathers. Already found another western dental. ✌All I wanted was someone to call me to keep me updated ,you guys make it seem like you dont care .

I have been calling the emergency hotline all night, and the staff in charge of those calls could care less. I tore stitches in my mouth and wanted to know what I should do and if I could make an emergency appointment. The staff was too busy laughing, randomly putting you on hold, or replying sarcastically to help. When I call an emergency number, Id expect emergency service. My husband and I called it a night, and decided to call this morning. The same man answered and (ONCE AGAIN) we were hung up on. Were STILL sitting on hold. I dont want one of those generic corporate replies to this comment. If you want to help, do some research into your staff. After all, the "Calls are recorded for quality assurance". Try checking at just past midnight, and HOURS of trying to get through afterwards. 01/01/16 *NOTE: The front desk staff and Dentists/Dental Techs are very nice. My issue is regarding the emergency hotline.

I went to Western Dental to have a deep clean and whitening. The Dentist came in and told her assistent. Oh she wants a a whitening too and they gigled! That was so unprofessional. I felt like I was being made fun of. I was told it will cost $750 and then they talked about running my credit and having a payment plan. They told me my credit was bad so I have to put half of the money as down payment. I had just gotten my credit report so I knew it wasnt true. My credit is good so I left. I google and found Dr. Coi., 956 garey ave, pomona. The ratings werent lying. I got an appointment the same day andd had a whole mouth deep clean.at less than half the cost at Western Denta He is very patient and did a very good job. Now I can laugh with confidence. I am setting an appointment for my 3 yr old son as well :)

As someone have already stated, customer service is quite inefficient when you call in to make an appointment. I called today and waited, then someone answered, then I was put on hold and it went back to the original message as if I had just called. I called back and the same exact thing happened. I read through the reviews and decided to call for the number suggested to other complaining customers for a more private follow up of the matter, and they were no better, and worse even because no one picked up; I was on hold, period. Ridiculous and inefficient!!! I actually followed another customers advice to try Dr. Choi and called today, got through, it was a pleasant experience to make a simple appointment, and look forward to a more private setting and care for my family. Your lost Western Dental!

Sucks! I cannot believe this place is still in business! Hopefully not for long. Please people stay out of here you will reduce headaches and when they are trying to drain out all your money for "stupid services" you will remember me. This is the first time in my life I have ever reviewed Anything, just want to let all of you that this is a horrible place to consider any orthodontic services. Please make sure to check with your insurance all the money they are giving the office because they will call you to charge the same thing ! Angie is the most unprofessional manager Ive known along with the dumb staff that doesnt know anything. FYI If you come here as long as managing is the same you will regret it.

Absolutely nothing positive to say about this place , the people you have working behind the desk are terrible ,bad customer service and they screw up your billing it took 2 months to finally get everything fixed Angie had a bad attitude and needs to work on how she talks to customers and Tracey needs to follow through on the work she says shes going to do. The ortho did good work but everything else was a nightmare, save yourselves the headache and go somewhere else where they actually care about there customers.

Was scared outta my mind during oral surgery but Dr. Drake reminded me to breathe and would speak softly that hes almost got the root out. Will, his helper, kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. Loved these guys! I usually hate going to the dentist but because of these two, I will definitely go back to Western Dental in Claremont! Plus, these guys were very good looking and they played good music. Theyre a very personable crew and Will was a Van Halen fan, like me, so I just had a great experience all around!

We arrived at 9:00 am to fill papers for the first time , since the appointment was at 10 and we noticed a lot of people go in and we werent we waited 2 hours and got in till 10:44 to call us in . Also the Xray lady was very unprofessional her name was Angela she was very rude and made my 11 year old daughter cry. The system was also down and they had a leak where they were going to help my daughter very disorganized. We ended up leaving till 12:30. I recommend not coming here.

Called this morn 4/13 just to get price quote and was on hold for 10-15 mins. I hung up and called Chino office...well I had an answer within 1min no hold. That is great service...the front desk knew their products. It is no wonder the rating is so bad. I will say I have had work done there over a year ago and was very pleased. Long wait but still great Doc, hygienist and front desk staff. I am not usually a review writer but I need for u to be aware of your customer service.

I used to love it here. Ive never had a problem. But these past month that Ive been here they have gotten really bad. The customer service is horrible, dirty place, long wait time. I made an appointment at 10am and waited until 1pm. I left this place and I will not come back. The girl with the fake nails and cakey face was really rude and would cut me off when I was talking. I dont understand how someone could hire a person with that kind of behavior.

So Incredibly unprofessional, the service is horrible, the poor girls in the front office couldnt answer one question I had for them and they were general questions, like can you fax my sons records over to his orthodontist, all I got was a very long uhhhhhhhhh, not sure if i have their fax #. They should not be hiring people or have them be the face of the office without having some sort of training. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
