I would LOVE to give Dr. Nadir ZERO stars! This office was recommended to me due to the fact that we had a change in insurance. I called and spoke with a very sweet friendly gal on the phone she was so great to accommodate both of my sons schedules and get them appointments together. We arrived at the office and were immediately greeted and given our new patient paperwork to fill out. We sat in the nice waiting area and were comfortable, waiting for the front desk gal to verify our insurance. All was fine, UNTIL...Dr. Nadir came out from the back. Dr. Nadir approached the front desk girls and was so rude to them. She not only spoke down to them but then proceeded to raise her voice and move one of the girls away from her desk and pull open the desk drawers and throw all of the contents onto the desk and belittle her. It wasnt enough that she emptied out one drawer but she proceeded to empty out the entire contents of the gals desk onto the desktop and floor. It was at that moment I walked up to the counter and asked for my insurance card back. One of the gals (the one that was not having the contents of her workstation thrown around) apologized to me and said that she was still on hold with my insurance company. I was so shocked and appalled by Dr. Nadir and her rudeness that I spoke out and said "This is NOT the place for us" I then asked if this was the doctor because although she was not more than three feet away from me she never made eye contact or even looked my way. The office staff confirmed that it was indeed Dr. Nadir and I asked if this is the way she treats her staff. She ignored me! We walked out and I will NEVER step foot in that office again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Someone who is so rude and disrespectful to her staff especially in front of new and waiting patients should not be in practice. *****************************UPDATE********************************** Last night 3 days after the incident in this office, I get a phone call at home 7pm from none other than Dr. Nadir. I was thinking, OK, maybe she is going to apologize for her behavior. NOPE! Not only was she not really apologetic, but she went on to tell me how I WAS WRONG! What I saw was not what happened. She tried tirelessly to convince me of what a great person she is and such an amazing employer. How her employees have been with her for 7 years+ and they all adore her. She told me how she once was an employee too and she worked in a restaurant where she felt she was unfairly treated and vowed to never treat her employees as such. The desk she was emptying that day was a vacant desk for 2 years, belonging to "nobody". She had a patient in the chair waiting and she needed a "Very Important" document and she was looking for it. Naturally, a "Very Important" document would be in the drawer of a 2 year vacant desk drawer, right??? As I tried to recount the events to her and how I perceived her to be rude and belittling to her employees as wells those of us sitting in the lobby, she interrupted me to defend herself and her character. She also told me that her office mgr and employees were so horrified by my post and she was sure they were going to post their side of the story defending her AND, SHE WASNT GOING TO BE HOLDING A GUN TO THEIR HEAD! Finally, after hearing her praise herself for over 10 minutes I told her I would NOT be removing my post and that my truth is my truth and hers is hers. I congratulated her on being such a successful dentist with the 3 practices she kept reminding me about, and for being such a great person. I then bid her a good night. I had her on speaker phone so that my husband could her the exchange as well, he was a shaking his head the entire time. Things could have gone so differently if her approach was more of remorse and acknowledgement and not of defense. Dr. Nadir, my opinion of you remains the same.

Lets face it,few people like going to dentist but Dr. Nadir and her staff at East Lake Village in Yorba Linda Ca will change your mind and put you at ease about your dental visit.You should never be nervous about going to dentist no more if you go to this dental group. I have to tell you that I normally dont write reviews about anything, but the care and professionalism I received from this office compelled me to tell others like myself the chance to get a great dental care.The office is very high tech and exceptionally clean,and the staff especially the receptionist is very friendly and also caring.My whole family uses this dental group and my three kids are very comfortable and relaxed with the DR. Nadir who is gentle and very caring.We have done crowns that we are very pleased with, and it feels like our real teeths.The hygenists are very through,and they do a fantastic job.So go ahead and experience them for yourselves.

I was a victim of the old bait and switch today. I saw a coupon (it’s on their website) for x-ray and cleaning for $35 so I thought I’d give them a try. Well, I did get an exam, several issues were reported to me but when it came time for the x-ray the dentist I saw said she didn’t think I needed one and the cleaning they wanted to do would cost over $100. I received a polishing (a lot of good that will do) and was sent on my way. I would suggest not visiting them, I saw another dentist not long ago and was told my mouth was in excellent shape, imagine that!

Although I am usually nervous about going to the dentist, I must admit that Dr. Nadir and her staff do an excellent job creating a very comfortable environment. I had some cosmetic work done, and Dr. Nadirs attention to detail is unparalleled. Her office has state of the art technology and with her expertise, she really gave me the perfect smile I had always wanted. I am grateful to her and her staff for creating such a positive experience. I highly recommend her dental services without any reservation to someone looking for a trustworthy dentist in OC.

I went in for consultation to have my front teeth veneered , I was impressed,I decided to go for it ,I end up having 8 veneers on top front teeth and 6 crowns on lower front teeth ,the results was excellent my veneers and crowns are EXQUISITE!! now i can smile with confidence ,Dr. Nadir is very kind , professional and talented ,not to mention that her office is stunning and her staff is equally impressive they all are very knowledgeable and friendly .please take this advice and seek out Dr. Nadir .... youll be very thank full you did.

What a POSITIVE experience! Nothing is fun about a root canal,... but Dr. Nadir made me absolutely comfortable even gave me an extra pillow ;-) 5 STAR REVIEW! Clearly Dr. Nadir is a perfectionist! My tooth looks and feels amazing! Attention to detail, through the entire process. My tooth does not hurt anymore and looks fabulous! All I could have asked for. I will recommend East Lake Village Dental to family and friends. -Dave
