I went here in 2009 to have a broken tooth fixed. It turned into a root canal and crown needing to be done. Ok I understand that was the best option here lies the issues. I was in pain for a number of days after it was completed and also had pressure. I was assured this was normal and given more pain meds. Well fast forward to 2015 and I finally went back to see a dentist due to the chronic pain etc, I had been in fear of going since my 2009 visit. Well low and behold after the new dentist reviewed the xrays he noted the root canal was not done properly. The roots had not been completely removed and improperly filled. So I say lets get it fixed (more money out of my pocket) and we open it up to correct it. Well he finds cotton packed in there still and spends the next 10 mins just cleaning out what was left in there from the 2009 work. After over an hour of fixing and correcting the work from 2009 I am now on a mission to find out why this was done to me. I had pressure and infections over the last six years only to find out I still had cotton in there and now I also have to get the crown redone as the quality is subpar. This may be a fine place to get your teeth whitened or cleaned but anything other then that go to a professional. I am so happy I finally got this fixed not only do I no longer have pain but the pressure and also we hope the infections go away. My ENT and I spent to much time focused on other things with the sinuses and did not think to check the work done to my tooth. I recommend you stay away at all costs. If the business would like to discuss further please let me know I am building the medical records file now and will also provide the xrays for review. The work was done by Dr. Tony at that time and I wish I had know more back then.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received both from Dr. Mona and Dr. Tony as well as all the great staff. In fact when we moved to north L.A. I drove all the way down to Aliso Vjeio for my appointments (They have saturday hours which I think is great as I have a busy schedule) because such good service is hard to find. Before I started going here I was tense in my jaws, and sometimes I had severe jaw pain. I had only one filling, but that only filling had caused my pains without me knowing. Doctors found many problems with my teeth, chipped teeth, small cavities, and my filled tooth started aching severly and I had to get an emergency time. They saw me in very short notice in despite of their full schedule. Nowadays my jaws are not tense, I can eat nuts again without pain, my cavities are taken care of, and I feel good about my mouth again. Also they are super gentle and I never feel any pain. They have a special device to make the gum numb without needles. The staff from the front desk to the nurses and hygienists in back all are very nice and caring and I almost feel like included in a family when I am there. I think everyone should go there at least once and feel the difference!

This the worst I dentist staff I have ever encountered. I run a business and I never know if there is something that will pop up with my clients in the last minute which will force me to cancel or postpone my appointment. The receptionist literally yelled at me for me having to postpone my appointment (only the 2nd time), I mean, come on. At least I gave them the courtesy to give them a call 24 hours in advance to cancel my appointment. I know tons of other patience who wouldnt even bother to call. I tried to explain that it is not completely up to me, but they just wouldnt understand. I have never been treated that way before by anyone -- just a totally unprofessional conduct of this office. As a customer and patient I got the sense that they are only friendly to you if you give them money, otherwise they dont give a damn about you. So dont go there -- you got tons of other choices in this area.

Dr. Mona Saati explains everything to you in detail. She takes her time to give you your different options. You walk out of there knowing exactly what you need to get treatment on, why and how much this will cost. I had a bad experience with a supposedly well known great dentist. He ended up being a thief. The staff lied to me about the price of the treatment I was receiving. When I went back to finish the treatment on my tooth they wanted to raise me another $1k. It was awful! Later on I found out that the dentist had shaved down my other tooth and made a hole in the other one. None of this was discussed with me AT ALL. I looked everywhere for a good dentist and they are all interested in the almighty dollar. With Aliso Creek Dental they actually cared and helped me out. The staff is great and the dentist is very warm and caring

Dr. Mona Saati is the best cosmetic dentist ! I have been her patient for 12 years now. She is highly skilled, very gentle and she truly cares about all her patients! I recommend Dr. Mona Saati and her office to anyone looking for a great caring dentist that provides quality dental care with outstanding results! I had many dental issues and had gone to numerous dentists and specialists before I met her. Dr. Saati quickly diagnosed all my issues and offered me a few treatment plans and thoroughly explained all my options to me! The entire team made sure I was as comfortable as possible at each visit! They were also very helpful to maximize my insurance benefits and were great at informing me about the estimated cost at every step of my dental procedures. I needed to find a new dentist after issues at my previous one. They were constantly scheduling me, then bumping me. When I finally got in, they continually confused me and then swindled me. Called the insurance company to complain and they said I had technically gotten the service I unknowingly agreed to and it would cost a lot. I switched to Aliso Creek Dental and I dont regret it one second. The entire staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Dr. Mona patiently explained everything to me each time in words I can understand. I dont normally say Im excited to go to the dentist, but now I dont dread it! BONUS: you can watch Netflix while sitting in the chair.

I have been going to Aliso Creek Dental for 9 years and could not imagine going any where else. They are so professional, considerate, and accommodating. Whenever I, or any of my kids had a dental emergency, they have always managed to get us in. Dr. Tony has always gone the conservative route when deciding on how to go about treating my dental needs which I really appreciate. Before treatment is started, the assistants make sure that you are comfortable and will offer many options to help distract you from the work that is about to be done (videos, Netflix, You Tube, etc) Do yourself a favor and go to Aliso Creek Dental. You will not regret it!
