Im a new patient. I had an appointment at 2:00 but waited over an hour to see Dr. Yoshikawa. ( 3:15 pm got check up) The staff doesnt take initiative to check on my long waiting even when I asked but not getting the help that I needed. They were very unprofessional and lack of service especially to new patient. I will definitely not return to this office STE 404. Your staff team need to be trained properly and professionally.

I had heard from many of my clients that this Dr. was fabulous and so I took my mother there who needed a new physician. Not only is the doctor fantastic, so is his office staff. I think we would all agree you must have great staff to go with a great doctor or it never works. Thank you to all the staff at the Family Medicine Center who have helped us with so many needs. We greatly appreciate it.

Dr. James Yoshikawa has been our doctor for 36 years. He is the best doctor ever. We always let everyone that we were so lucky to find him and have stayed with him for so many years. Dr. Yoshikawa has been our family Doctor for 14 years. He is a GREAT DOCTOR. Everyone in his office is great and friendly. If you need to schedule an appointment and is a short notice they always manage to see you and take care of you. We as a family trust him and we recommend him. We travel from Riverside to Anaheim. We are very happy with Dr. James Yoshikawa. MA

Dr. Yoshikawa and staff has been my PCP for almost 40 years. I have never had a bad experience with the care and concern I have received at the Family Medicine Center. On rare occasions I have had to wait for visit even with an appointment, but for the most part I am seen within 1/4 hour of appointment time, which is rare for a Dr. office.
