Lazy is the under-statement. Also they are Rude and insensitive; to patient needs!!! Doctor "Daniel Jeevan Do"., keep going in,,, out from my room when He was asking him question about my self and treatment. I directly told him to stop doing that, or I was going to walk out of there ASAP.!! Dr. Daniel reply back " Take or live " because thats the way is going to be all the time.!! the only reason I stay because I needed to start treatment from lab result. I had made report to customer service and told gentlemen that I was very disappointed in behavior of few personal I had conversation and observe.!! I not a Doctor but I dont allow for a person to behave to me or my children that way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats worst service I had in my whole life.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that what I call SOB.!!!

We are Kaiser newbies but we couldnt be more pleased with how fast and how simple it is for appointments and doctors visits. The Pharmacy line however, thats a whole different story. I had a voucher for free Epipen but they dont take vouchers. Their system consistently go down when Im there to pick up the prescription, hence a wait of about 45 minutes. The pediatric nurses Kimi and Maria are so great here. They do make you feel welcome. Well, not me but more for the kids. My own doctor, Dr. Castillo is also great here. She makes answers my questions and explains them well. I highly recommend this location though it does get pretty crowded from time to time but nothing rediculous in term of wait time.

Terrible doctors! I walked into a room that was dirty and had medical tools that were used on the previous patient. It was very disgusting. The medical tool were dirty. The doctors bullied me in front my kids. I was appalled at there behavior. My kids dont like doctors now because of Kaiser Permanente. When I called the customer service line to complain the lead administrator called my kids health and my health a care a hyperbole and blew my family off. DISGUSTING!!!!!

I dont understand the reason why its so hard to give a simple medication like birth control. Its the most simplest medication. You have to wait for your doctor to acept your request for having more refills but it seems the doctor is never available. Thanks to them I have to STILL wait for my doctor to answer and now I have to wait a whole month again for it to be back on track. I rather just go to plan parent parent hood. What a waist of time.

The worst doctors I have ever seen. The doctors only care about there pay checks and not their patients! The doctors made my kids cry! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!

their pretty lazy sometimes but if they mess up they are very kind and go out of their way to be accommodating. and the lab department is awesome too!

This is a nice Kaiser to visit. It is a relatively small office with plenty of parking available. They also have a pharmacy and lab.
