Ive been going to Dr. Kwan for the past two years and I highly recommend his technique and services. Not only is his office clean and professional but he has amazing original hand painted artwork scattered throughout his office. Very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I hurt my back while working out and I was hesitant in going to the chiropractor as my last experience consisted of the doctor strapping me onto a machine and calling it my treatment. Im so glad I found Dr. Kwan! The only time I was subjected to a machine was when I had my first initial visit that required an xray for assessment. My body was pretty beat up but I didnt recognize that as I fell into the common thought of "Im healthy, Im exercising regularly. I havent looked this good in years." I was so wrong. Due to bad form and / or lifting too heavy I was causing a lot of injuries to myself. To correct my issues Dr. Kwan put me on a program that catered to my bodys needs. After completion I felt like a brand new woman. I visit Dr. Kwan regularly to get adjusted - once a month. Sometimes Ill even visit him twice a month depending on my exercise regime. Hes a very calm and patient doctor. Im so glad to have him as a member of my "glam squad." Not only is Dr. Kwan amazing so are his physical therapist. Felix, gives the best sports and medicine massage - EVER!!! Its gotten to the point where I cant get a massage from anyone or anywhere else because it just doesnt come close to Felixs skills. We have one body so we should take care of it and this office knows exactly how to do that while practicing what they preach. Thank you for changing my life for the better.

his is just for Consultation. Personally I felt a little bit push on purchasing a sleep number bed from Dr. Jeffrey kwan, he says he gets no push back but he had a card and business card from the Sleep number department store already ready to go. I kept thinking about it over and over and felt like he possibly lied about the kick back.. Any who, I didnt feel comfortable about paying him right off the bat for the adjustments so I told him i would wait..my main point of going was to feel him out ..Still not sure how i feel about the whole sleep number situation...felt a bit sketchy to me!

Played another session of basketball on hard cement last Monday, and the knee that has been bothering me for a decade feels GREAT now!!! Thanks to Dr. Kwan and Felix. I have had this knee problem for years and have tried acupuncture, massages, and chiropractor but only the team at Premier Chiropractic truly shows great improvement that just keeps getting better over time. They score off-the-charts in terms of expertise, holistic-approach (not _just_ another chiropractic place), and friendliness/customer service. You guys rock!!!

Dr. Kwan did not address my concerns and failed to provide rational explanation for his methods of treatment in which he deferred to the next visit other than charging my insurance.
