I received a great Groupon deal from my wife to go have a 1-hour massage for $30. I was so excited but that didnt last too long. My experience was horrible and I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. The staff is very inexperienced and rude and treated me like I was a teen rather than a 43 year-old man. The doctor and his staff talked me into purchasing xrays for $25 but now I cant even keep a copy to bring to my PCP. They want me to to pay an additional $12 to borrow them for 12 days. THEN, when I asked that the doctor forward his findings to my PCP he said I had to pay $50 for that particular letter. Once I read the $50 letter, I realized the doctor wrote only 3 sentences about my problems. Personally, I feel this place is out to take advantage of people and to screw people out of more money. I will also be letting Groupon know how this experience went. Terrible, terrible experience...

I went once and was very disappointed. The lady chiro seemed inexperienced and insisted on doing a whole medical evaluation on me. I have used chiros for decades and never have been to a place like this before. She wanted me to touch toes and do other things that actually aggravated my back. It annoyed me and I told her it was hurting to do these tests. She also said that she could not give me treatment during the first appt and I would have to come back again after she gave me an xray. I only lasted 20 mins in the exam room because I was so exasperated with her. I ended up walking out without even finishing the exam and went right up the street and got a great treatment by a chiro on Huntington Dr that same day without all the hassle at Arcadia Chrio. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The staff at Arcadia Chiropractic has been helping me resolve pain and flexibility issues for my back and neck over the past few months. They have a very professional and friendly staff, provide great treatment in-office, and provide helpful exercises to assist with the healing process at home. If you have any back problems I recommend coming in to get an evaluation at the very least!
