I have suffered from lower back spasm episodes for more than 35 years. They generally occur with little warning, often triggered by seemingly trivial reasons. When these episodes occur (roughly at 2-5 year intervals), I have found chiropractic care to be helpful. Over the years, Ive seen five chiropractors. Of the five, I found Dr. Kam to be the best. Ive been a patient of Dr. Kam for three years. I first saw him because of a back spasm episode. Like with the other chiropractors, Dr. Kam was able to give me relief from my back pain over the course of a week of treatment and suggested exercises. But unlike the other chiropractors, Dr. Kam continued to give me advice and treatment on how to prevent recurrence of these episodes. This is what I really appreciate about Dr. Kam. He not only sought to treat me during my crisis, but also sought to help me long term.

Last year in October, I was in a car accident. I need to see a chiropractor for my back, due to the accident. I found Dr. Kams office on Google maps. I was in treatment for three months, started in November and ended in February, and over those three months my back got better.
