I can only say nice things about Dr. Thompson and his bedside manner, but I cant say the same thing about his Staff. The appointment ladies are not very helpful. They are insensitive to your personal problems and make it almost impossible to change your appointment without having to wait another month or two for an opening. And you can forget about getting a hold of the Doctor or anyone else over the phone at any time without the receptionists approval. I understand Doctors are very busy, what I dont understand is why we cant even get a call back later in the day at THEIR convenience. In order to speak to someone else you would have to show up in person in order to resolve any problems or issues. And personally, its embarrassing for me to go waste the doctors time informing him of what goes on and how unhelpful and rude his staff can be. Not just on one occasion. I am now looking for a new office.

Awesome Doctor! He was my husbands pediatrician, and now takes care of our son :)
