I had an appointment made at 2:30 p.m. October 28th, 2016 for a follow up on my acute neck pain. The first time I went to the office I was treated with dignity and respect by a nurse practitioner, given proper medication, and I was able to return to work. The severity of the pain was at the same level for the follow up. I waited in the room to be seen by the doctor for about 45 minutes. The doctor walked in with a younger lady asked about my symptoms and walked out without telling me what was going on. I stayed in there for another 40 minutes until I finally got up to ask what was going on. The lady at the front gave me a very formal answer and said the doctor was busy with another patient. Dr. Singh did nothing to treat my pain, and she did not even make a medical diagnosis.

The staff as well as the doctors at Singh family medical clinic have always been so pleasurable towards me at every visit. I have never left their office with any doubt or questions regarding my treatment. I would definitely recommend them as a competent medical professional.

Dr Singh is a good doctor. The main problem with her office is her staff. They are very unorganized. Unfortunately, due to my experience at my last visit, I will not be returning to her office. I waited a total of 3 hrs.
