BEWARE OF RUDE STAFF!!!! I called the office two weeks ago to make a new patient appointment for my husband. The person who answered the phone told me the Dr. was taking new patients and ask for my husbands name and the medication he is taking she then told me I would get a call back within the next business day. I was confused??....She acted as if she was scheduling an appointment...I ask why will I get a call back? She then told me that the Dr. needs to review to see if he will be able to see him. OK, I understand the process since I have worked in the medical field for over 25 yrs.. The Dr. wants to review what medication the patient is taking to decide if the patient is going to be "high maintenance" or not, I get it. I used to work with Dr. Graham when he was at Family Medical Providers, I know he is a good Dr. and his patients speak highly of him. I thought he would be a good fit for my husband since my husbands current primary Dr. is female and my husband has a hard time talking to her. Two weeks go by and I hadnt heard back from the office. I called and the person who answered the phone got my husbands name and told me to hold?? She gets back on the line and tells me sorry the Dr. is no longer taking new patients??? I told her, when I called I was told he was?? She said that the Dr. said he wouldnt see my husband because he is on a controlled substance??..."What controlled substance?" I ask, she said, Tramadol....I told her that maybe thats not the name of the medication. Hes been taking it for about 6 years for his chronic low back pain he has developed as a result of his job! I asked to girl politely to speak to the office manager. I was put on hold and someone abruptly came on the phone and said "Im sorry the Dr. will not be able to see your husband!" I asked whom I was speaking too?? She introduced herself as Nicole the office manager. I asked her the reason for the Dr.s decision not to see my husband and she told me they are not "allowed to disclose that information" She spoke to me like Im an idiot trying to get my "drug addicted" husband an appointment. I told her the last person I spoke to already did! I told her we werent aware that Tramadol was a "Narcotic" she told me rudely "yes it is and maybe I should look it up!" I told her my husband works in law enforcement and takes it daily because its the only medication that helps with his back pain. From what I now understand Tramadol did become a "controlled substance" about a year ago! The reason for me writing this review is because I couldnt believe how ignorant the staff was but how rude and unprofessional the OFFICE MANAGER was. I really hope the Dr. Graham reads these reviews because it is very unfortunate a good Dr. has such awfully staff!!

I have seen Dr Graham from Family Providers to where he is practicing now. I love Dr Graham and have been going to him for a very long time The OFFICE STAFF is rude, unprofessional and lack the ability to conduct business in a timely manner. I needed a pre-authrization for a refill that the office had been holding for over a week that I had to call to request them to work. The staff gets aways with overspeaking and not admitting mistakes and they do not exercise patient compassion. Also when I asked for the Doctor to call me back to discuss my refill I was told by Sierra in the office that she did not need to tell the doctor to call me back. This is great cause for concern regarding patient safety!!

I have been with Dr. Graham for over 35 years. He is not only my doctor, but my friend. I trust this man with my life. He stays very current on medications and has a very compassionate heart. He takes the time to explain whatever illnesses he treats you for. He is also a very skilled surgeon. Dr. Grahman is the real deal folks. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Graham is top notch medical in the human body Hes an excellent physician. Is above average thinker. This type of Doctor does not exist in our world anymore. I would highly recommend anyone that might be in search of medical advice or new physician in a difficult situation to reach out to Dr Graham. He is absolutely brilliant.

This is the first doctor that Ive seen that doesnt see me as a science project. If he does a procedure in office he talks about his experiences flying planes or other random topics to keep my mind off of the pain. We are a team, I know that coming in the door and am reaffirmed of that truth before walking out.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Grahams for years. He is an excellent doctor. He is funny. He is a great listener. He knows his craft well. I will continue to be his patient for as long as hell have me. Sometimes the wait is a little long.
