Scam! Lost my faith and trust in Dr. Pa Heu and her staff. If you value your time, energy, money, and well-being, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CLINIC. I went in for a series of blood tests/titers, vaccines, etc. I have seen her four times to complete required immunizations for school. Although I have made and attended three appointments, my required immunizations are still incomplete due to this offices incompetence. Upon our initial meeting, I went over the required immunizations with Dr. Pa Heu. She assured me she had assigned for me all the required tests/titers and vaccines. I went on over to Valley Labs across the street and had my blood drawn. I came back to Dr. Heus office the following week, paid for my appointment, only to find out that I needed to get my blood drawn again for a test SHE forgot to write down. Therefore, I had to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT and PAY AGAIN. At this time, I asked the technician from Valley Labs about completing all required blood tests in one setting. She explained that would have been the ideal thing to do and did not understand why Dr. Heu made me get my blood drawn in multiple settings. I asked Dr. Heus staff nicely to reconsider making me pay for my follow-up appointment again because it was their mistake, not mine. However, they insisted on making me pay. The office attempted to intimidate and harass me with an older gentleman who spoke in my native language (I speak English perfectly fine; there was no need to bring in the Hmong staff member). I finally had enough, demanded my patient profile, and will not be seeing this clinic ever again. As an inspiring Hmong health professional, I really looked up to Dr. Heu. I trusted this clinic enough to refer her to family and friends. Unfortunately, this clinic is a scam and the well-being of patients is certainly not Dr. Heus priority.

I dont recommend this clinic. Long story short, I took my grandma there because shes been sick. Dr pa wanted an x-Ray done to see if she has pneumonia and if she did we would get a phone call from her asap. There was no phone call and we all assume everything was fine. Well my grandma didnt get any better and we took her to the hospital and guess what she has Pneumonia. Were disappointed in them and not to mention the service. The last 2 times we went there it took about a good 2 1/2 - 3 hours from start to finish. Most of the time we just waited and waited in the exam room.

I suggest for you people to not go to this dr. Office they are full of lies I clearly spoke to them over the phone about a check up for a motor vehicle accident and I dont have insurance they said 95 $ for the visit I set an appointment ... Until I got there the lady came out and said to me for a visit of a motor vehicle accident is not 95$ its 125 $ such a scam and they will take advantage of you so DO NOT GO THERE !!!

I was getting pretty sour on family medicine and Dr. Heu has reinstated my faith. Not only does she most competently take care of you but SHE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING AND TALKS TO YOU!! Now who the hell does that? Absolutely none outside of Dre. Hue does that AND you will see her and be treated directly by her, not some non doctor making doctor decisions. I most strongly advise her.
