My wife and I have been patients of both Jonathan and Mandy Rosaasen ever since they were practicing medicine in Riverside. We have been impressed by their determination to resolve our health issues, their efficiency (helped out in part by high-tech electronic medical records and equipment), and we found them to be quite knowledgeable about our treatment options and the promotion of healthy lifestyle choices. I was initially skeptical about the care we would receive because of their young appearance (they looked fresh out of medical school), but was well pleased by the maturity, professionalism, and fresh insights into cutting edge medical procedures they have repeatedly exhibited. We have had bad experiences with other family physicians who seemed rushed, worn out, impersonal, and not thorough in their care. My wife and I used to drive an hour and a half or take the Amtrak to Moorpark Family Medicine before we moved to Texas from Riverside and regret not having the quality of care we used to receive from them. As an added bonus, both the Drs. are Christians and are willing to pray with their patients! Perhaps I am biased, but in my experience I have found Christian physicians to be more sympathetic, optimistic, encouraging, and much more interested in my well-being than my wallet or their watch.

The staff was very helpful giving me numerous documents and contracts to fill in before I saw a doctor. A, will not sue the doctor note. ( I thought I had better sign it or I would not be looked at.) The gentleman that introduced himself as Jonathan, was the doctor? Lovely etch a scetch he had for note taking. They ran some kind of federal drug background check on me. They found another Doctor (My Dentist) had prescribed Amoxicillin about 4 months ago. That freaked me out! Somehow, a nee bump, turned into a corelrectal cancer screening. I will not print here the degrading test expectations of the doctor. ( go back to the drawing board )( I thought it was a test of your mental state.) After a few nights sleep over the weekend, I thought better of myself. I told Jonathan on the following Monday that I would not be using his services any more. ( I wanted the mediation in the documents I had signed to come into play. He told me to get a lawyer and sue him. ) Huh! I thought it more effective to simply post a comment. I did agree to tell Jonathan, if I was able to be seen by any other Doctor, without signing a will not sue. Very disappointed with the service here. Wish I had not gone in! Bad time!

Perfect! Ive been seeing the two founding doctors at this office for a few years now. Ive had both good and bad doctors over the years, and Ive moved a lot which meant I had to go to clinics and change doctors often. Dr. Rosaasen and Dr. Rosaasen are husband and wife and switch off days. They maintain information from each visit in their tablet PCs, which means youre not repeating yourself every single visit. They look up information on the spot and genuinely care. They are fantastic, comforting doctors. Ive experienced everything from return calls on a weekend, quick appointments for something minor, long thoughtful appointments for more important matters, and I always get a same day appointment. They take care of you, and my whole family has switched to them now, too. They also have an online patient portal to manage your bills and even communicate with the office online. I truly love this doctors office and hope they stick around a very long time. I also love that I technically have two perfect doctors to see, rather than holding out for an appointment with one! If youre looking for a new doctor, give them a try.

They have the best service!! I truly recommend this place. I didnt have to wait long. They did a great job. Tiene el mejor servicio q hay!! En verdad recomiendo este lugar y a su personal y Doctors. Fueron muy amables y compresivos. Me atendieron puntual y a la hr de mi Cita. No me hicieron esperar .
