This place was recommended by a close friend of mine when I drove by the first time I was very skeptical about coming in. (not much of a looker on the outside)! I called anyway and scheduled an appointment for my wife and I. We where seen by Dr. Sharona she was great. her customer service was exceptional and she was very attentive to our needs! My wife and I needed very extensive dental work and I really wasnt sure if I could afford it all considering we are on 1 income and have no dental insurance. After our exam we sat with great girl Nancy she was very sweet and helped us get the financial option that we needed on a very flexible monthly payment. her customer service exceeded anything I had seen I have seen. Giant smile very friendly and respectful. The work completed and back office assistants did great job I didnt even feel a thing and that goes a long way considering I got an extraction done. I the end we where dismissed by a lovely young lady Bertha who made sure we have all the written instructions to take care of the work that was done at home. she even gave us goody bags with toothpaste toothbrushes and some other things. The best part was the first thing I saw when I walked in was a smile and that was also the last. Not to mention that Bertha called me the next day to see how I was feeling! Customer service A++++. Highly Recommened

I dont know where to begin with this office it is amazing. I came here after not seeing a dentist for a few years. my experience has been the best ever. Doctors are friendly and very through they explained treatment with great detail and Dr Ben provided a calmness and reassurance that I needed to great my treatment started. I could not afford all treatment since my medical doesnt cover much! Dr Ben was nice enough to offer me a very generous discount and he even did a free cleaning. I highly recommend this office. Nancy in the front desk was the best worked with my financials and gave me a payment option I could afford. Liz in the back office did a great job my cleaning done by her was the best I have ever had! I have already scheduled an appointment for my boys and urged my sister to go there. If your looking for a friendly, considerate and best of all painless dentist this is the place to go!!. I have been here 5 visits now and the costumer service does not change A+ office!

Having been coming to this office for a month now after doing some shopping around I decided on this place because they provided me with the best customer service and actually used my insurance to my benefit. I highly recommend this office!! Nancy in the front desk is the best she gave me flexible payments i could afford and a lot less than what other offices where charging!!! Adrian, Liz , Dr Sharona and Daisy took care of all my general work it was the best dentistry I have ever had and did I mention painless!!! They where so great I decided to do braces with them I was very fortunate to meet Dr Amir he is the braces doctor my case is very complicated and he took the liberty of consulting with other experts to make sure I got the best treatment possible!!! all at no additional charge!! I highly recommend this office already sent 2 friends there. Best dentist in Bell Gardens or anywhere else as far as I am concerned A+++ serivce

I really love everybody, they are so helpful, they greet me by my name, I love it. Nice staff, Great services, highly recommended. Si necesitan una limpieza o cambiar de plano su sonrisa, nomas vengase a este Lugar de ensueño, le hacen un trabajo excellente y no le cobran caro, su boca lo vale. Y todos le diran "Que Bella Sonrisa, donde te arreglaste tus dientes"... Definitivamente, aqui en Gardens Dental Group.

The best thing of this place is the x-ray tech Ericka. Shes super nice and professional. If you dont have dental insurance and money to pay your treatments, dont bother going here. I went today and left feeling belittle due to the manager Nancy not communicating with me about the payment and treatment plans. Instead the front desk receptionist told me how much it was going to cost and pretty much had no clue what my insurance will cover. I explained to the doctor that I dont have much money to get everything done at once and he stated "what would you rather have, teeth or money". I clearly saw what type of place this was. Also one red flag for me is that they are violating HIPAA law by discussing patient info out in the open. Thats a huge no-no. Im glad I experience this place to never return. SMH!!

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to and I recommend it to anyone! The receptionists, dental assistants and dentists are all extremely friendly and professional. You can tell they all love working here! Everyone puts the patient and their needs first. The office is very nice and clean. The dental assistants and the dentists do their best to make you feel relaxed. Everyone is always open to answer any questions you may have. The dentists are also willing to work with you if you are concerned about costs or have no insurance . They also accept Care Credit. Check out their coupons in your local Pennysaver! If you hate the dentist, fear the dentist or are just looking for a new dentist then give them a try. Im confident you will feel differently about the dentist after coming here!

This is place is amazing I had not been to the dentist in years and even though I needed lots of dental work I didnt feel pressured to start all my work. Dr. Pasha broke my treatment down steps to make it easier and more affordable. I was very happy with the results my mouth has never felt better! ( and i only completed phase 1). Next week I start phase 2 and couldnt be more excited. A++++ office Nancy there financial person was friend accommodating to my needs and gave me several options that work with my budget. This is office is the best!!!!! update: came in today after 2 years and the office remembered me had my file and was very accommodating even with no appointment love this place best of all Nancy was still there and she was great as always!!!!

Ive been coming here for about 2 1/2 years now I did all my dental work and now have a completed my braces and just come in for my regular check ups throughout the time nothing has changed customer service continues to be great the doctors and the staff are awesome and they all know you by name when you walk in this is definitely the place to go if youre looking for just a general dentist to get your braces done or any cosmetic work all the dentist here are the best!!! Julie and Nancy in front are awesome !! In the back I recommend you work with Adrian or Liz theyre absolutely amazing this is the go to dentist in Bell Gardens or in Downey I definitely recommend all my friends here!!! Best Dentist in Bell Gardens and all of LA County

I had not seen a dentist in years because lets face it, I was scared of the work that I would need. Today I woke up with a horrible tooth ache, then my tooth started to chip off. I called around and no one would see my at the last minute until I found Gardens Dental Group. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, she was able to schedule me in right away. When I arrived I was seen immediately. I needed extensive work but they had good payment plans available. The Dentist was also super sweet and helpful, she answered all my questions, was quick and did a great job. Overall it was the best experience Ive ever had with a dentist. I will recommend to all my family and friends.
