Very disappointed! I expected better service. I made an appointment three months out because he did not have any openings. I figured its a good thing that he has a busy schedule. I showed up to my appointment and he was not able to work on me because he was not feeling good. Everyone gets sick, I get it but take in consideration that they called me to come in 30 minutes later from my scheduled appointment that same day. They should have told me what was going on and we could have postponed instead of having to leave work and lose my time. The next time I came in, they did the work, the doctor was very pleasant. I was asking about prices, I was told my insurance covered it. I didnt have to pay. I was happy I had given them a second chance. Two weeks later I came in to get the final work done and they charged me a co-payment, after I was told I was not going to pay. They did not give me a quote prior to getting the work done to know what I was getting in to, and to top it off, they charged me TWICE!!! I called them to take care of it and I was told I have to wait until next month. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card because they are not willing to help. i dont have time for this. I dont doubt the doctors knowledge or his work. The problem is they have lack of communication and poor customer service.

The staff is very attentive, kind and gentle! Dr. Hose a is awesome and probably the only dentist Ive ever seen that didnt make me feel hopeless after leaving the office. I wish LA Care was accepted here, since I had to have 5 molars yanked. Too much to pay for out of pocket so unfortunately, I had go to Western Dental. THAT was a horrible experience. Night and day with Dr. Hosenas office and staff being the sunshine. Thanks guys!

Horrible, horrible experiences Ive had with many other dental offices. Dr. Hosena and his staff has been the only dentist that I truly trust. Ive been through a root canal with him and I had a pleasant experience. Im such a wimp with dental pain and I can tell you that I nearly have no anxiety going into his office knowing that I need a procedure.
