Poor people who work here especially the one in front,the reception area/receptionist!they dont know how to answer proper phone etiquette .when I made calls to have an a appointment for my daughter.not polite,harsh voice.they think they know very well but they seems to be dumb.then 2 weeks ago I dropped by at the clinic to get a copy for my daughters immunization records needed in school and the lady in front feeling miss know it all.just told me that your daughter can have just an immunization the soonest.i told her I need to have her done her physical examination prior the shots given.but she is like well she just can have a shots because we dont have an available not until next week for physical.i work in the medical field and I know what is the best thing.she is not a doctor to make a decision for my daughter.me who has a good insurance is not worth it giving in this clinic.the reason why my daughter ended up in this clinic was because she needed an immunization that time.my advises to this clinic is ti should treat everyone fairly and properly because without your patients.you arent their in your spot!

It was one afternoon in July of 2009 when I brought my 7 year old daughter here in this clinic. Earlier of the same day, about 10:00 am, I called this clinic to have an appointment saying that we are just new patient, so the lady said we could come at around 2:00 pm. So, I was happy and we came to the clinic at around 2 pm. We filled up forms and answer some questions and gave it to the receptionist. They asked if we have an insurance and we said we dont have and we will just pay cash. Everytime someone comes, they would attend to them, so I asked what time they are going to attend to us because it has been more than an hour since we came here. The lady said 5 minutes more. so I sat down and waited for 30 minutes more and she said I should wait more because Im new. My point is thats is why I called earlier to have an appointment so that my child and I dont need to wait that long anymore. My child was not feeling really well that time and they didnt care. I felt being discriminated since I am not Hispanic like all the other patients in that clinic.

This place is the worst clinic for any kind of consultation related experience. Dont bother if you want to get information on any kind of prescription drug. The doctor will most likely look at you blankly and say they have no idea what you are talking about and flash her Phd credentials at you to prove that they are a licensed professional after making you wait in the clinic for two hours. if you dont have insurance dont bother paying the forty dollars to see a doctor.

i came walk-in and im very sick i told them i need a doctors check up, took me 3-4 hours a wait, they said people with appointment needs to go first, and those people with the appointment looks fine, im the one whos sick, so they just goin to leave me hanging, so i walked out, find a better clinic that cares a really sick people, if they only take people with appointments then they shouldnt have walk-ins in a first place, rather than to wait for a really long time

The nurse at the front desk of this clinic can be quite rude when you arrive, or call, this is my local clinic, and I have faced this problem often, but besides that, the other nurses are fairly cool, and the drs are pretty good, also, the wait time can be fairly long, weather you have an appointment or not, it kinda varies each time I visit :-/

Horrible patient service- they actually punish you if you dont answer your name within 5 seconds. Pathetic communication from all staff members. Doctors are lax and paranoid.
