In my past Dental experiences i had never had such an amazing full focus and caring dentist. Dr. Singh takes his time on getting to know me as a person and what my concern is. i went in with a tooth ache that had bother me for a few days, i was a little worried and scared to be honest.When i got to my appt. the front desk staff said hi right away and made sure that they knew i was there. They took the time to ask me if i had any changes with my health/address etc. and got me in right away. i probably waited 5 mins. took me in and talked to me while they were preparing for the dr. One of the things i most like is that they have great technology and i got to see a movie while i got my procedure done, that really helped to get my nerves and distracted me. When i was done with my procedure front desk girls made sure i had a next appt. and always had a smile and specially very friendly atmosphere. I felt really special. Thats why i really recommend Long Beach Total Dental Care for a great service and caring dentist.

Just came from this office for a quick cleaning, a few x-rays and found myself smilling all the way home, A starnge and unusual behavior after coming from the dentist. Ive been going there for for about ayear now thanks to some good google advice =) The whole team there is friendly and efficient. From the time Ischeduled an appointment with the receptionist to the time I got my cleaning done, I feel well taken care of. I really appreciate how they took the time to answer all of my questions. Im picky with my dentists and doctors, and will look elsewhere when I get bad services from any member of their team, And really, shouldnt that be the case?? If you get bad service from a restaurant, you find another place to get your food from. Guess Im pretty lucky to have found Total Dental Care!!! =)

Had an appointment at 10 am, showed up at 9:50 the doors were locked (office hours posted said they opened at 8 am). So finally at 10:05 am a doctor showed up and unlocked the doors. Of course they were running behind. Literally a few minutes later one by one staff members were literally running in saying "im sorry im late" (WTF kind of business is this!! where ALL their staff is LATE!!) anyway I come in JUST for an X-RAY, when im done with the xrays she goes through them with me and estimates a $9,000.00 payment plan? WTF? I came there for a chipped tooth, not a million other aesthetic stuff! I have straight (had braces) teeth, I dont need anything else besides a crown. TOTAL FAILURE! this place should be called TOTAL FAILURE TAKE ALL MY MONEY DENTISTRY!

Ive never had a better dental experience. I came in for a cleaning and Invisalign screening and they were awesome. They have pages of movies to choose from while they work on you along some cool technology that lets you see what theyre taking pictures of in your mouth. Seeing how gross my mouth was has kept me flossing daily much better than a "you need to floss more" lecture ever has. The front staff, dental assistants, and dentist are all very friendly; they even send emails to check up on you to see how youre doing. As far as my Invisalign treatment went, everyone there was very knowledgable and have answered all of my questions/concerns. I definitely recommend this place!

Our family loves Total Dental Care. Weve had major work done there as well as our regular teeth cleaning and every time we go we get awesome service and complete and utter courtesy. They seem to take most insurance (ours has changed a few times over the years and theres never been an issue). All X-rays are digital. And its the only dental service any of us have had where you can watch movies while they do their work! This makes the work seem to go by extremely quickly! Even though parking is at a premium in Downtown Long Beach, free parking is available in the nearby Albertsons parking lot. We highly recommend Total Dental Care for all your dental needs.

My teeth clening experience was just unacceptable. Some kid fresh out of college cleaned my teeth. He did not do a good job at all, I bearly felt him clean at all. Plus when I tried to switch to a new dentist, they said there is a charge of $30 for emailing my x-rays. Yes, you heard me right, to simply attach and click SEND there is $30 charge. Is that even legal? besides I paid for those X-Rays. Anycase, if you do go for cleaning dont be shy, be straight forward and ask for someone good. After all you are paying for it.

This Dentistry is clean, kind, and interested in their customers. Dr. Pronstroller helps ease the anxious feelings I have every visit within a few minutes of me being there. She is always interested in how life is treating me. Plus, she is an expert in her field and it shows in her precision. The Dental assistants are all very nice, fast, and are great at making you feel comfortable! Sharlitta is my favorite. She is so quick to get me in and out in no time. Thank you LB Total Dental! I look forward to my next visit!

Best dentist place Ive ever been to. I felt like they cared, the dentist was amazing. The atmosphere is great. The care was fantastic. I felt comfortable. The dentist helped me and explained how I can care for my pearly whites even though I have bad habits. So far her advice has been on point. My last visit was in November. I called to make an appt and they remembered me. What?? Real care this day and age? Go here if you want the best.

Dr P is the best dentist Ive seen here in Long Beach. And Ive seen several. I recently had to have two crowns done and the whole process was as pain-free as possible. She works very quickly and with precise care. She really cares about her patients. She even answers her emails directly. Couldnt ask for more. Highly recommend!
