I came into this office after a experience with a Crooked Dentist thinking this would be better. It wasnt. I needed a crown and my insurance covers it at 100 percent but the Dentist was still going to charge me 200 dollars for it.. Shes friendly and good with what she does but she is VERY Money Hungry which, honestly, considering everyone has different socioeconomic status- I think its plain rude. In addition to that, she told me I had unfinished work- 3 cavities. I got two different opinions after seeing her and they said there was nothing wrong with my teeth at all. It makes me question if shes been drilling holes in my teeth claiming she needs to fill cavities for no reason at all. Definitely not a fan of the practice- the staff is friendly but its all very fake. I was even charged a cancellation fee of 50 dollars despite an unfortunate even that happened that I communicated with her staff... Ethics Matter, Morals Matter, and Passion over greed matters. Remember that.

Dr. Faye provided excellent service and so much attention to detail. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable in each visit. The staff was awesome, friendly, and always greeted me with a genuine smile. Dr. Faye and her trained staff helped me realize that perfect smile I had been searching for. I visited Dr. Faye for a bonding procedure and tooth whitening. I was amazed at Dr. Fayes professionalism and at how concerned she was at providing the best smile I could get. I can tell she is really devoted to her craft. The bonding turned out amazing, and I am happy with the results. The teeth whitening pulled it all together. To this day, I still get compliments on my smile. I would recommend Dr Faye in a heartbeat.

We went to iSmile because my 2yr old had an injury at school. They were prompt and though he was in a lot of pain, they helped him and me through it. I expected a lot more screaming and crying but they were very good with my child and we got through it with barely a whimper. They even took my other childs x-rays at the same time since I had a question. They are very clean and organized and even have TVs on swivels to entertain children. Weve been back for a few follow ups and cleanings and I am still impressed with the quality of service. Needless to say that after that first visit, we switched our children to iSmile.

I had good experince end up oweing 500 dollares made payments that was 2014 finish paying then then 2 years later we recived a letter saying we were gonna go in collections if we didnt pay the 500 dollares i called them and they said they never recived anything good thing we used our card to make payments took all the staments so they can see las time we made payment we did cash so we end u paying 1 hundred something again never going back their

Dr. Faye is amazing I love how she is genital and explains everything in detail, I have sensitive Teeth and she is really understanding and finds everything she can to help with my Teeth I just Dr. Faye with my family and is also amazing with kids. My grand daughter loves her....and her Staff is amazing great customer services very caring. I am not afraid to go to the Dentist like I was before... Thanks Dr.

My best friend comes here and is anxious when it comes to the dentist office. Dr Faye knows just how to calm her down and does amazing dental work. I was so convinced I decided Im going to have her do my work as well.
