I take the CARE of my TEETH very seriously. Finding a good Dentist in the Oakland Area turned out to be a painful experience until I found Doctor Rahmatian, D.D.S. I have been dealing directly with his office manager, Zoe, who is exceptional. She is competent and obviously has the most respect and confidence in Doctor Rahmatian. I like that she has been with his office for many years. My appointment with Doctor Rahmatian was thorough and very competent. His manner was kind, focused and disciplined. The Art of Exceptional Customer Service must come from the heart. When the service is genuine and really caring it always makes us wonder if that is a skill that can be taught. Doctor Rahmatian’s attention to detail and his ability to listen sets him apart from my former experiences with other medical professionals. I am left with a lasting impression. Doctor Rahmatian and Zoe are truly fine individuals who will always care deeply about the quality of service they provide. Thank you.

I just recently joined Dr. Rahmatians practice following a years-long dental/periodontal issue that continues to haunt me to this day. Dr. Rahmatian was very knowledgeable, took a lot of time considering what treatment plan was best for my case, and was gentle during what otherwise would have been a scary procedure. He explained the issue and presented me with multiple options for addressing it, including providing me referrals to specialists. His lack of ego and desire for his patients to get the best possible care - even if it means seeing someone else - is very unique. He was also great at following up after my procedure. He called me personally the next day to check in. Im so glad I found his practice!

My concerns about finding a new dentist as competent as Susan were quickly allayed shortly into my first visit with Dr. Rahmatian. Have been going to Dr. Rahmatian since Dr. Susan Fisher sold her practice. Dr. Fisher was excellent and left big shoes to follow, but Dr. Rahmatian has filled them and exceeded my expectations. I have no angst about my visits to the dentist; hes got the latest technology and he is so gentle! How is it possible to take a nap at the dentist? Its possible with Dr. Rahmatian. The office staff is great, too, with Christina and Patti, until her recent retirement. I highly rate Dr. Rahmatian on professionalism and knowledge and on the friendly aura in his office

Dr. Rahmatian replaced a crown on one of my molars. Prior to starting the procedure he gave me a brief but specific explanation of the work involved. When time came to replace the temporary crown, I chose not to have any anesthetic. It wasnt necessary. The crown fit pefectly.
