The best dental office Ive ever visited. Ever since I started visiting Sharons office, dental appointments have no longer been a chore, but (as astounding as it sounds) trips I actually look forward to. The level of comfort provided in the office is a breath of fresh air in this day and age of often impersonal interactions between patient and health workers. Each time I open the door to the office, Im greeted by nickname by the friendliest receptionists ever. Every worker I interact with from there, from the assistants to the dentists, exhibit the same friendliness, positive energy, and caring. They take the time to speak with you personally, know you by name, and curtail the entire experience to you as much as possible. Even the time I missed an appointment, instead of charging me a late fee, they simply called to make sure I was okay and gave me another slot the same day. As additional perks, a variety of complimentary services are provided, from warm towelettes to comfy noise-canceling headphones with Pandora service. In terms of their work, the dentists display the utmost competency and professionalism. They are very knowledgeable about their work, open to questions, and take the time to actually explain what they will be doing. Before my cavity fillings, Sharon sat down with me and carefully described all of the options available to me not only in her office but in the field, as well as their pros, cons, and costs. The transparency and honesty is really amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Bay Area looking for a general dentist!

Having been a patient in Dr. Albrights office for several years, l can say that Dr. Albright and her staff are very attentive each time I go in. Boba is my favorite hygienist. She is gentle and encourages me to maintain good oral hygiene. (Yes, l have my new electric toothbrush.) Dr. Albright listens to my concerns and allows me to decide the order of my treatment after I have heard her recommendations.( Sometimes you can prepare yourself and other times you have no choice but to get treatment right then and eliminate the pain.) Heres to a job well done, Team Albright!

I have been visiting Dr. Albrights office for over three years, and I must say that their attention to their patients non-medical comfort, as well as medical requirements, makes it quite a pleasant( for a dentists office) visit. All their staff are very friendly and helpful during dental processes, and make sure to answer your questions after. Personally I think they are more proactive in their dental care, which works for my wife in particular, who has many teeth issues.

I called several months before actual receiving appt then the first thing I do is give my current Dental Insurance they waiting until I came in and that your Insurance doesnt not cover you are not in are Network so therefore most my dental work like crown would not be covered they where very deceiving I would never set-up appt had I known that my plan would not be covered with my insurance .......................

This office is full of the most caring and knowledgeable staff. Ive learned more about dental care in the two years that Ive been coming to see Dr. Albright than my whole life with other dentists. I wish I had come here straight away. My teeth are the happiest they have ever been.
