Dont go here because "Dr. Muller" and staff here do not follow laws. HIPPA protects your privacy as a patient and these receptionists all behave like high school girls. Sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes and youll understand what I mean because all they did was gossip about various patients, make unprofessional (borderline rude) phone calls to patients, talk LOUDLY more about patients and their various conditions, and then make personal calls. Dr Mullers patients were nothing but glorified hoochie-mama wannabe cholas wearing nurse uniforms. His receptionist staff is what makes the atmosphere at this doctors office completely hostile, theyre bottom feeders raised by welfare queens and all have daddy issues (obviously his receptionist staff are mainly young females. probably all grew up in single parent homes). My words are harsh, but if you go to Dr. Muller, you will wish that you paid more attention to this review. You deserve better, dont waste time with Muller since Im 99.9% sure youll end up switching doctors once you experience it for yourself anyway. Check out my Yelp review, I posted a photo of the completely empty waiting room and that office was totally empty for a reason. No one came in, with the exception of an elderly man (who I assume must not know any better). Despite the bratty gossip queens up front, Dr. Muller is no where to be found. I would not have minded the harried P.A. because I understand how overwhelming it can be seeing so many sick patients when you only have so many hours to work, but the lack of professionalism is what really bothered me. He just did not care about anything. Hes the type that became a PA for the money. Hes not here because he genuinely wants to help people, and you will definitely get the impression (assuming you get the same PA - Pinner) that he is not listening, because hes really not. Hell even tell you that and ask you to cut to the chase. Your health is important and so is your background. This guy is lousy. TLDR - Avoid Muller and staff even if theyre your last option

Pongo una estrella porque solo asi se puede poner un comentario..pero en si no pondria ninguna..no es nada profesional el Dr Muller para empesar no es justo q si el no estara en la oficina y esta otra persona..tal persona no pueda dar una receta para el dolor entonces cual es la idea de poner otra persona en su lugar??..y la recepcionista es muy grosera piensa que por el trabajo que tiene ahy tiene derecho a no mostrar importancia por la saud del paciente se nota que ella solo esta esperando su cheque de la semana...tienen que pensar estas personas que la salud de una o de nuestros seres queridos las ponemos en sus manos..

This place deserves negative stars. Mullers staff is unbelievably slow at processing referrals. Ive had visits to a secure a referral and waited three months to no avail. I called the office every three weeks to ask what the hold up was. They blamed the insurance company. But they lied. They sit on referrals forever. The insurance company cannot process something they dont have. It takes so long that they tell you that you have to come in for another visit to secure the same referral you showed up for three months before. Horrible. Avoid this place. My life is so much better now that I quit this place. I now realize how quickly things can get done with a competent doctor and staff. Also, Muller has a horrible bedside manner, no personality and doesnt explain anything. Anthony Pinnar, the Nurse Practioner, thinks hes Johnny Depp or something and doesnt know his stuff. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL LIVE A LONGER AND MORE STRESS FREE LIFE IF YOU DO SO. THE ABSOLUTE PITS. THE WORST.

I started going to the Corona Family Care in Sept. 2012. Saw dr. Muller who I seemed to like. Then all other appts were with the P.A. Anthony Pinner. He is the worst! No manners, talks down and doesnt take the time to listen. My husband saw him too. My husband went in with back pain and all Anthony said to him was "quit being a weekend warrior" the pain only got worse and he ended up seeing one of our previous drs. who set him up for an MRI.. and he ended up having two herniated disks. As for me, I told him my meds werent working and still felt extremely tired and he didnt seem to care. I have since found a new dr. who listens and gave me others solutions.

I agree with Donna, except never did get to see Muller, only Pinner who needs to be more into his patients than himself, also his nurse want a waste of time they both were rude to both myself and my husband. The worst ever. Not once did they take care of our health problems! Pinner is more into his ocean fishing trips than his patients. His nurse yelled at me when I asked to have a prescription filled, stating it was not on my list... I have been taking that prescription since 2001...Then after about 10 minutes she goes, oh, here it is... REALLY... finally left them to see real health care for us.

Doctor Anthony Pinner is horrible. Ive seen him about 3 years now and he is always rude, and speaks to me as if I am a child (hes a smart ass) I dont appreciate him at all. He said I can go ahead and purchase my medication over the counter, instead of just prescribing me the medication I needed. He said " well someone has to pay for it" yes, my insurance does, not me. I need to spend whatever money I can save on my kids, gas, etc. I do not recommend him to anyone. Hes doesnt listen to what you have to say. I really need to switch providers asap.

Attention, care and respect is totally not part of this "Family Care" provider and or office mission. After years of tolerance with their medical attention and service for my 96 year Father - we changed to a different provider! Every time we visited their office, I hoped for better service, attention and respect, but it just got worse every time. If the MD and PA set the tone of disrespect and selfishness, the office staff will follow the same lead. GOOD leadership of professionalism and patient care is TOTALLY missing from this office!

The staff is not notifying me of results of tests taken on Oct. 29, 2009. No notice in the mail, no phone call, so I have placed 3 calls this week to Corona Family Care asking for this information that is rightfully mine. No responses back. I filed a grievance with my PPO regarding Corona Family Cares failure to provided me my medical test results timely. Tomorrow I contact other entities that monitor physician practices. I am in the healthcare field and know by law, my medical information and my medical records belong to me.

I have been very Happy with Dr Muller. In the past before he moved down the hall to the other Office he was in the same office as Aspen Medical Group which I find their staff very rude. I will be finding another Gyno for this reason. Customer service for Aspen Medical group is REALLY POOR!!! Ladies if you hate your job so much find another! And if you make a mistake on the appointment just tell us.. The 5 Stars is for Muller.

The office of Dr. Jeffery Muller has been serving the Corona Community for over 20 Years. This office has great customer service and patient relationships. The office has 4 Physicians and in a new building that shows the success of the company. I have been a patient of Dr. Mullers for 15 years. I have felt that when I need medical attention i have always received nothing but the best of care.
