If I could give zero stars I would. I am a new patient scheduled for a 2:30 appointment with the nurse practitioner. First off, I walk up to the counter and the woman rudely says "do you have an appointment". No hello or greeting what so ever. I said yes I do. They asked for my name and when I told them they said "our NP had to leave we tried to call you". I indicated that they in fact did not call me, did not leave a message, nothing. I asked to speak to a manager she is just about as useless as a cup of decaf coffee. She said that my phone is disconnected. I asked that she call me right there to indicate it is in fact NOT disconnected. She did, and what do you know ...my phone rang. I politely asked that she try whatever she can to do to fit me in with someone else. She didnt even try, she just flat out said no. I pleaded with her, explaining that Ive had this scheduled for weeks that Im paying a sitter to be at my house and all. Zero apology or remorse for their mistake. What this office struggles to understand is that our time is valuable. We have to make special arrangements to go to Dr appointments so blatant errors/lies like this is very serious to someone like me. Zero respect for time,zero sense of urgency. Im sure its a blessing in disguise that I didnt make it in to this office because its full of disrespect. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with this ridiculously incompetent office.

Ive been a patient there over 25 years .. They have always been very nice and accommodating. The wait is some times too long but I usually schedule my appts early or first after lunch, them the wait is not so unbearable! Its the pharmaceutical reps that delay him, but he gives me samples and that helps tremendously!! Too late to start someplace new !!

really bad people there no return calls we are long time patients and we never really like him anyway but now we have had enough moving on to someone more capable.who can at least reurn a phone calls
