Where do I begin!!!!!!! Im a nurse and my mom unfortunately had to be a patient here the staff is absolutely incompetent and lazy!!!!!! They have no customer service skills they take. Weeks to fill a prescription I understand a 72 hour turnover for prescriptions but when we have called for the past week and a half to get the order and they give every excuse as to why its not done its just down right "NEGLIGENCE" on there part I highly do not recommend this practice to anyone!!!!!!!! I will be taking there incompetence and negligence to there chain of command and the board this is unacceptable!

The office staff here is both incompetent and rude. They routinely fail to send authorizations for secondary doctors. This has happened to me more times than I can count. Meltzer missed a serious heart condition I had that was caught by his PA Hilda. My condition had deteriorated to the point that I needed open heart surgery, and now I live with the threat of heart failure. I am finally changing physicians. If you have no medical problems, Meltzer is your guy. If you need a doctor, look elsewhere.

Horrible service. You have to book an appt at least 3 months in advance and even then youll have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen (for your appt) the wait time for walk in, is at a minimum of 1 hour and a half, (and thats if you show up exactly at 8! Horrible..... Youll get better service, faster by going to urgent care...

this is the best damm doctor there is. no waiting like last guy said, appoinments are made depending on your current health. if you have an appt, your seen within 10 minutes. i have been with dr meltzer for ever, since 1995. great team great service each and every time
