Called to make an appointment here specifically to see a male doctor and was told I would be seeing Dr. Franco. Well after waiting TWO hours!!!! A female physician assistant came in. When I asked if Id be seeing the Dr I made an appointment with I was informed that he is"administrative" only. Whatever that means??? So goijg to the family practice here means you will wait for hours and never actually see your doctor? Not a good way to run a practice. The office waiting area appeared run down as well and the nurse that did my vitals was very unprofessional with long fake multicolored nails. She actually told me my answer to one of the questions she asked about my medical history didnt matter just make somthing up if I couldnt remember. This place was all around a very bad experience and I dont think its out of the norm as there were others in the waiting room who had been there for 2+ hours.

this has to be the worst medical facility I have ever been to, you wait for hours and hours to be seen by PA not even a real doctor, then they ask you what you want, kind of like an open drug store......pick what you want we will get it for you, then the front counter staff is rude and unprofessional, I have made 11 request to get copies of my medical records and Im still getting the run around. I wonder if they even have any records. dont go here for anything. you can get better treatment on youtube.
