Allen is one of the nicest men that I have met. HOWEVER Dr. FAWCETT IS NOT. He does not care about his patients, he only wants to move on to the next person. If you voice concerns about your health, he will question your character or completely ignore you. He makes assumptions about your character based on your age and class. He merely wants your money and to charge you ridiculous prices for minor check ups. I oaid 300 dollars for a doctor to ignore my concerns during a check up and physical. He did not diagnose me when I was sick and instead ignored my concerns because he wanted me to hurry up and leave. A couple days later I became very ill, something which probably could have been prevented if Fawcett had listened to me and followed up on my concerns. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH. If I could give zero stars i would. If you must go, visit Dr Allen.

Tried to get an appointment with Dr. Allen, due to ringing in the ears. Was informed that their first appointment was three weeks out. A week later my ear started to really hurt so I called to see I could be seen earlier. They said that the could not fit me under any circumstance and could not provide me with a referral to a specialist. Then my insurance company called Dr. Allen and he was able to fit me in four days later, and that I would need to call right away to secure the appointment. However, when I called the office to confirm the appointment they were out to lunch from 11:30-1:30, a two hour lunch, no wonder they could not fit me in earlier. Any way good news is I found another primary care physician that does seem to care about his patients and was able to fit me in right away.

Dr. Allen was professional, quick, efficient and overall excellent on my recent visit. He completed my flight physical and was very helpful with other questions I had. I will be going back to him.
