I have been a patient at this family oriented health care center for many years. I have been treated with dignity and respect by almost everyone most of the time. (No place is perfect; support staff are loud and gossipy sometimes in the Doctors treatment area.) I love that I can obtain so many disciplines of medical care in the same location. Primary Care, Mental Health Care, Womens Care, Sports Medicine, Lab Work, OB-Gyn, Pediatric care, even Dental Care next door! And more! Their location is great for the community they serve. Plenty of on street parking and on a timely bus route. They have referrals department to help continuing care and specialty services easier for their patients. I just cant say enough good things about North Park Family Health Center on 30th and Capps Street.

I had an appointment a day before, to visit a doctor, and the next day I arrived 20 mins earlier as usual before the appointment time, but seeing a doctor initially I was told it will take an hour and then an hour and half later they said it will take another hour, finally it took me more than two and half hours to see any doctor. It was really bad experience especially having an appointment and being sick.
