I wish there was NO star that I could choose as that is what this practice deserves. My husband & I have been a patient here for the past 5 years. Our insurance company stayed the same but the plan changed. when I called to schedule the appointment I told them this & let them know what the new plan was. They checked & said yes they take our plan. When I went in for the appointment & asked 2 more times if they take my plan & the answer was yes. When they scanned my insurance card I asked again they assured me they did. All I was there for was a referral to see a specialist. I payed my co-pay of $25.00 that day. Then I was billed $150.00! I called twice & was on the phone for at least 1 hour each time to try & discuss this problem. They assured me they would get back to me. No-one called back. The staff is incompetent.

For many years I have been seeing Dr Michelle Ballecer. Her professionalism is outstanding. Her knowledge of medications is current and helpful. My wife and I have discussed that we feel as though we hit the jackpot with her. Its not easy to find a great doctor and all around great person. Thank you to her and her entire staff! AMAZING!
