I have only seen Dr. Kim once but he seems like a sweet kind man. You never feel rushed and he is throughout making sure you feel comfortable at the end of your visit. The review im leaving is for the staff. First, I stood at the front office window for 5minutes, and no one even glanced over to greet me. There was a girl off to the side eating and I had to ask for help to get her to come over. Second, if you are considering going with them just call them first. 1. If you get through and 2. they DONT put you on hold forever its a miracle!!! HAs never happened to me. I called and explained my situation my OBGYN eferral they put me on hold to get the lady working who knows how it works. Then when she never came to the phone. So someone else answered, I had to explain to them again my situation. She said she was going to put me on hold to find out what happening. I told her NO! Why are you putting me on hold? I can tell you whats happening! Ive already been on hold 3 times for 30 min!! anyways, putting you on hold is their go to line. Dont expect to be helped or called back for any request. They havent once for me.

Havent actually been there yet but heres why the review. New insurance had to find a doctor, had to wait ONE MONTH to get canceled and told there was nothing available for the entire next month so Im going through my HMO directory trying to find another new doctor but getting bad phone numbers, answering machines, getting left on hold and no one coming back, looking up reviews finding AWFUL results. This office answered immediately (right at noon when you would think they check out for lunch) contrary to the other reviews, his google reviews are good (except the other peoples phone issue which was not mine) and I could get an appointment as early as tomorrow. Im SOLD! Found our new doctor!! Update...great visit, not a long wait, needs met, staff polite, doctor polite, prescriptions not hard to get through to office to refill. I often call between 12 & 2 and I still dont have an issue getting through. Theyve been great.

Doctor Kim is more than just a doctor,he is a friend. He actually cares for his patients. He cares how you feel physically ,mentally and spiritually. That combination makes for a real doctor. There rest of the doctors are running conveyor belts. They try to get their patients in and out just as quick. Thank you Dr. Kim for being a real Doctor and for making a difference in peoples lives.

Great Doctor, Dr. Jin M Kim is a very intelligent Doctor and allways takes his time to talk to the patient about what the issue might be, and explains his self very throughly and not to mention how sweet his staff is to everyone, even though they have tuns of work to be done, they make you feel very w wellcomed:)

I couldnt ask for a more attentive doctor. His office staff is a complete reflection of him. They are sweet, kind and ever so understanding. I have been going to him for years and they always have a smile on their faces and a song in their hearts. I recommend Dr. Kim highly.

Great Doctor! Hes one of the ones who actually doesnt treat the patients like a number. Only issue I ever have is getting through to the office on the phone sometimes.
