I can not believe what happened to me at this place. First of all, I went there with my kid to give him his immunization. The nurse was careless and when she tried to give him the immunization, the needle went through his arm and left a big scar in his arm. The second I went there on the 15th of Jan for my annual physical and to do a vitamin D lab test. I took and appointment with Dr. Luh and he seemed really good and ordered the needed lab tests for me. After 10 days of my visit, I called the clinic many times and sent emails to Dr. Luh begging for a reply. After 14 days!!!! I got a reply with my lab result, however, they forgot to do the vitamin D test!!! They draw some blood again for the vitamin D and to check my liver enzymes. The same ignorance happened again. I called many times and sent many email and I got a reply after 14 days that they missed one of the tests and they need to draw blood again!!! I went there and did the test and for the third time they ignored me and didnt care for my emails and calls. Lastly they replied today after 15 days and told me that they used the wrong tube for the blood sample and they need to do the test again!!! To top this, Dr. Luh wrote me an email to till me about the needed dosage of vitamin D however he sent a different dosage to the pharmacy!!! Today, I insisted to speak with the director and I have explained to him the careless treatment and that it should not happen to someone else. Please do yourself a favor and dont go there, they dont care

The only reason I am going here is because it is close from my house. The wait is always more than 30-40 min. and nurses and staff are not trained well and gave me different instruction twice. One time I asked for female doctor and they made an appointment with male doctor. For annual check up, they didnt tell me to fast so I had to go there twice, one for urine and one for blood test, and all they said was it is ok to come twice. Even for blood test, they didnt tell me to take enough fluid before the test and it slowed down the blood flow and it was taking a long time. So, I asked for water and they didnt have drinking water for patient. If it is not getting any better, I will just change my primary physician.

Grace at the front desk is completely rude and unhelpful! Was seen by the doctor who told me to call after a week if my symptoms persisted, and said I wouldnt have to come back to be reevaluated for additional meds if my symptoms continued. I called and spoke to Grace at the front desk who refused to hear any of this and just kept saying that I have to cone back in, which I couldnt do! She ended up hanging up on me. Great service!!!! I 100% will never go back and will tell anyone who asks how horrible their customer service is!!!

Great Experience! I saw Dr. Steven Luh. Hes always polite and thorough! Cant believe its been six years already. If theres any concerns about something I am not happy (e.g. customer service), I address right away to the supervisor. Also, the patient portal is a convenient way to look at your lab results, emailing your doctor and request an appointment. FYI: always check with the front desk receptionist if your health insurance is accepted before you go!

My father went there for fever and got some antibiotics. They gave us the brand which has been banned in Canada and EU due to sever side effect on liver (called AVELOX). We didnt know that at that time. And my father had acute liver failure and died after three weeks after the drug. DO NOT GO there, if you want live longer.
