The reviews for this place are spot on. My insurance changed me to this doctor two days ago because Im no longer a minor and my doctor only accepts pediatrics. Anyways i had an appointment for 3pm the staff said he was supposed to be back at 3 however its already 4 pm and no doctor. This guy obviously doesnt care about his patients and just cares about money. I went to use the restroom and heard the medical assistant pleading with him and talking with him like a child on the phone explaining that he has 21 patients today. This doctor is a joke. What a greedy guy that just wants money from the medicare system. Hes letting his physician assistant do all of the work. This is my first time and I probably wont be back. How is this guy supposed to be my primary provider and I hear people saying "hes not hear again." See photos. Avoid at all costs. People are leaving. They are sick and need help. Shame on this guy! IM LEAVING AND CHANGING DOCTORS (He never showed back up after lunch and left his patients waiting terrible service, people say its happened b4)

My brother, Donald Howard, died this week and this doctor (supposedly his doctor) who had been his doctor for the past 5 years has never answered any requests to sign his death certificate. My brother was in hospice with a company at Dr. Boutros suggestion. He never visited my brother, and was difficult and impossible to contact to change any of his treatment. My brother died thinking Dr. Boutros did not care what happened to him. He was diagnosed in July with terminal cancer and he was seen only once in the last 2 months by this doctor. The hospice company could not get any response from him to help with his meds or make him more comfortable while he was dying. I was there everyday to be his advocate and only then did I get a response but never from the doctor. The day before he died I was finally able to get additional meds and oxygen from the hospice when they figured out how to go to another doctor. Even now we are at his mercy to lay my brother to rest. He will not return any calls. Is this ethical?

Do not even consider this idiot, poor excuse for a doctor for treatment or even for a visit. I actually wonder if he is actually an accredited doctor/physician and has actual credentials. Their service is absolutely disgusting. I had an appointment for 3.00 pm on Monday and when I got there I was informed that the doctor might be there at 4.30 pm or later. I was not prepared to wait and take a chance on this buffoon, hope everybody who reads this takes heed.

Worst place ever!!!! Save your time and dont even make an appoitment. I made an appointment, got there on time and wait forever before I accidentally found out that the doctor wasnt there. Did I mention that they made me paid my co-pay but they did not care to let me know that the doctor wasnt there. Receptionist Aria was really rude too!!!! Nasty place.

My Dad passed away under Dr.Boutros care this unethical Dr has not signed my Dads death certificate allowing my Dad to be Donated to Science. This Dr does not return phone calls and is the most unethical Dr. Ive come across. Please dont allow yourself or loved ones to be treated by this Dr. Im now thinking his negligence was part of my Dads passing.

Dr. Boutros is great. I love meeting with him and he is always able to answer my questions and help me with anything I need. I trust him, and feel confident with his treatment and I am grateful to be able to call him my doctor. The office is a bit busy at times, but aside from that I love the medical attention I get.

He doesnt have a receptionist. I get forwarded to an answering service. I called and have left 1 to 3 messages a day for him and its been a month and still no callback from him.

I tried to get a hold of the office and I called over 10 times after 2pm but no one picked up the phone.
