The women in the office are very friendly, however I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen with an appointment. I also had some lab work done but had to call three times to speak with the doctor about the results. I have yet to be contacted. I will be looking for another doctor soon.

Ive been with Dr. Tsai since 2001. No regrets. Nothing but the best. I left due to a move but I couldnt return due to my limit on mile radius per the insurance policies. But Im back now living in the Orange County area and am able to return to him. Very blessed and excited.

I tell everyone what a good doctor he is. I have friends and family that go to him. I like the fact that he comes in puts your file down and talks to you. He listens to everything you have to say. That means a lot to me.
