So disappointed with the level of professional services from their staff, especially the billing office. Claudia abruptly disconnected my call stating - "I have other callers." Vicky Mai is no longer contracted with my insurance carrier as of October 2016. I was not provided a courtesy call, letter or advised through their online portal of the contract termination from my insurance plan. This office has no concern for their patients well being and or continuity of care. Totally unhappy regarding their office standards, patient support and professionalism.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE... If youre ill and havent made your appointment that morning - well then youre out of luck!!! The front office will not schedule you - AND they only make same day appointments (so no use in trying to schedule a future visit). Spare yourself the frustration!
