Sorry I ever picked these Drs. as my main doctors. Last Monday I got some meds for a cold/pneumonia and it has mostly cleared up but not all the way. (I also recently was in a car accident and the cold made my chest hurt more). Nina was the doctor who saw me. Called today and asked for a refill and the dad says not without being seen again. I have not got another car yet to replace my good one that was totaled so the one Im driving just got issues (a major cooling hose broke)and Im only driving it to and from work until I can get another rental so I can safely drive and look for another new one. They would rather make me drive a car that may break at any minute than my health. Now have to find another doctor. My last that I loved quit instead of working with Obamacare.

I wish I could give less stars. They treat you like a damn wall ornament here. There is no communication between the clerks that will barely give you the time of day, and the doctor who evaluates you. I sat waiting for a referral like I was a damn planter after I saw the doctor. And the clerk had no clue what I was waiting for. This office is garbage!!

We love Dr. Chan and his daughter Dr. Nina Chan! Our family has been going to Dr. Chans office for years, hes very kind, patient, and gets down to whatever your problems and issues may be, his office staff is friendly and efficient and we just love his new office location!

This Doctor very good i give him 5 stars he will go all the way to find out whats wrong and to the staff at San Antonio Emergency room Thank you anytime i have had to go to that hospitial they have some of the best doctors there taken care of me

Were do i start let me just say he was my doc and my grandmothers doc and we no longer go to him . I feel i was more aware of my gramdmothers condition then he was . mind he was here doc for many years he should have noticed some things
