My son went in to see Dr. Gonzalez on Friday, August 28th @ 11:30 and walked to have Jackie (the nurse who was at the front desk) speak loudly to him across the lobby by name; saying "you are late"...he was not; his appointment was at 11:30; he arrived at 11:30 even though he had a flat tire and had to call me to come give him a ride. The "call verification message from the office specifically stated; "come 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. He attempted to explain to her that his paperwork was already completed to which she loudly responded; "I TOLD you to come 15 early...I have to get you ready to see the doctor, he has a meeting and only has 30 minutes to see you; now I dont have time; you have to re-schedule! I then spoke up saying that he had a flat tire to which she again rudely and loudly responded; "he didnt call! There were two other people sitting in the waiting room and even if there had been no one but my son she should never have spoken to him it that manner. That was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. My son was a patient of that office; a patient of Dr. Gonzalez and as such should have been treated with respect; there is a way to say everything! My son is a very easy going and reasonable guy and would have been totally ok with her explanation but he was not ok with being spoken to like he was insignificant and only there to negatively impact "her" life. It is not his nor my style to write and express ourselves this way but we do so in hopes this is taken seriously and no one else is ever spoken to that way; it was hurtful and demeaning!

This had to be the worst doctor visit I have had in my 61 years of life. Dr., if thats what you call him, David R. Gonzalez has no business treating patients, let alone patients in your medical group! He had to be the most rude, arrogant, self centered person I have ever met! It was a total waste of my time and money, to see such a person and I thought the mefical group should know. I have had the flu, I guess, since last Thursday, I saw another urgent care doctor on Friday because my own doctor, Dr. Scott Greenspan was not available, and he looked at me at said you "look bad, and Im guessing you feel bad" and prescribed some medicine. It hasnt work and thats the reason we made an appointment today, because again Dr. Greenspan wasnt available. I would never in my life expect to be treated the way I was by this so called doctor, he has no business treating patients the way he did today and talk to myself and my wife the way he did. After I told my wife "Im done" and walked out of the office, he had the adasicity to tell my wife off and say "this my place of business and you should treat me with respect"! I asked to see the office manager, but she had left for the day. I highly expect to hear from someone in the medical group, if not, I will be writing a letter, and I would never recommend anyone see this person, who I would never call a doctor!

I have moved from Ladera Ranch to the Palos Verdes area, so in the process of changing Dr.Gonzalez as my primary care physician. This is with regret as throughout the 8 years that I have been visiting their office, I have been enjoying the excellent care and service from him and his staff. He persists that you do your blood works on-time, when the results come in, someone calls and explains whats on the results. When you need immediate attention, they go out of their way to fit you in and all-in-all; the sense that you get from interacting with this team is that they truly care. So thank you Dr Gonzalez and team, keep up the great work, I wish you all the best for the future.

I have been a patient for over a year now and love it. The staff is always kind, know me by name, and always follow through with any plans made. I always receive correct information from Dr. Napoli, am spoken to as a human and not as a customer, and any concerns I have addressed have always been treated with professionalism and get resolved. I give them 5 stars because when it really comes down to it, I trust these people with my health, and with my life.

Went to Dr Gonzalez after my other Doctor stopped taking insurance. He wholeheartedly was concerned about my health. The end result was that we found out I was borderline type 2 diabetic. End result: with his care, I am no longer at risk. Through his guidance and extreme care, Im feeling better then I have in years. The gals of front are awesome!
