I became a patient in this practice earlier this year. I never saw or met Dr Bobbala, but had two, maybe three appointments with her assistant. I believe her assistant is not an MD, but a nurse who had been in practice in his country of origin (?). When I joined this office, I delivered all of my previous medical records to them. As of September 1, 2017 my insurance group changed and I need my records to give to my new Dr. I called to request that my records be prepared for me to pick up ... was told by the office assistant that there would be a $25.00 fee. I questioned that because the records are MINE ... I feel that this fee is unethical and unfair. Why on earth should MY records that were provided by me carry a fee to get them back. I was told that this is the decision of Dr Bobbala and the decision was firm. I explained that future patients might like to know how this office does business and that I would be writing a review to express this information.

If I could give zero stars I would. The front office staff is incredibly rude, the doctor is dismissive and youre not even asked if apts can be scheduled with one of the other doctors she employees. Hate it here, honestly I stayed too long.

She ill spoken and uneducated. She could not keep her staff for more than a few weeks they hated her so much. Please make another choice.
