Dr. Carter will make you feel like youre on an assembly line. My brother father and two friends have all been his patient before and while talking one day we all realized that it wasnt just us, we all had the same experience. Dr. Carter is trying to get your copay and get you out as soon as possible. Easily the most impersonal doctor Ive ever seen. I would recommend almost anyone else. Remember though, this is just my opinion, well mine and four other people but its your choice.

I have been seeing Dr. Carter for about 10 years now he has been a good Dr. for me I would recommend him to others , but he is doesnt always stay open till 5:00 thats a little pet peeve of mind !! Hours are hours !
