Theyre alright by me. But I dont feel that I will be seeing them anymore. All the staff has been very kind to me aside from one girl working at the front desk one time. My doctor is also very kind, but he doesnt seem to want to see me, or anyone for that matter. He is our family doctor, and my brother, mother, father and I have not seen him in perhaps over a year. Even when I was in a car accident and needed to see him regarding a concussion that I suffered, I was told he doesnt see car accident victims. And though the nurse practitioner was nice and knowledgable, I wanted my doctor, you know? Also, they make me feel so rushed all the time. They even told me the wrong thing once, even when I was trying to tell them the right thing. But dont get me wrong, they do a wonderful job a lot of times. I just personally think its time for me to move on.

Their office staff is horrible and if you want to see a doctor as an emergency sick patient, you get a nurse practioner. If you call, it takes hours for them to get back to you, sometimes more than a day. The office personel never listen to you when you are on the phone with them and will transfer you to the wrong person or refuse to transfer you at all. Sometimes, they have even denied my mother care because she had a balance of less than ten dollars on her account and no checkbook with her to pay on the spot.

Dr. Higgins is a fantastic doctor!! She takes her time with patients and explains things in simple language. She is compassionate and smart!! She is the best doctor ever!!!
