If I could give a negative I would. The front office lady Simone or whatever her name is the most absolute worst person and has no business working with patients. Multiple request for referrals to other specialist were never sent as requested and when I pressed her about it she lied about it. This went on for 4 days, I even was told by the other specialist that they dont know what to do if she just wouldnt send the referral. The pain management specialist office even FAX her a form requesting the referral at yet this horrible person would not respond. When did we lose are rights as a patient??? During the whole ordeal she belittled our insurance plan after I told her ALL the ones you keep referring me to do not take our plan. SO here is who will take it, can you send the referral to them??? This person refused to do it...needless to say I have found much better care somewhere else.

I am SO ecstatic that I found Dr. Moness. My previous doctors quality of care was EXTREMELY poor. Dr. Moness and her staff immediately addressed all the issues that were let go by my former doctor, and got them up to proper levels/medical standards. Without finding Dr. Moness, I wouldve continued to have my health go downhill and couldve had a life threatening event that was easily preventable.The difference is they ACTUALLY LISTEN to your symptoms, AND CARE! Much easier to find a cause when the doctor actually listens and symptoms are paid attention to! Any front office staff issues, that I never had but heard of, have been resolved and all runs very smoothly. Highly recommend Dr. Moness!

Due to insurance issues, I had to change my primary care doctor in my local town. The next closest town was Folsom. A friend highly reccomended Dr. Moness to me. I am SO glad she did!! I love Dr. Moness. She DOES spend a lot of time with her patients, and goes above and beyond for her patients. She found some medical issues with me, that my previous doctor did not. God Bless Her!

Dr. Moness is amazing! She is one of the best MDs Ive seen. Her Nurse Practitioner is also amazing! I feel well taken care of when Im in their office.
