Terrible. I brought my glasses in to be adjusted. They made me sign a waiver not holding them responsible. They did the adjustment and later that night the entire side fell off. Then I went back and was told that the optician was not in and I had to come back when he was. Then I went back a 3rd time and was told they didnt have the ability to just put the side back on. I had to go to a different place then who informed me something helpful that this place never did- they told me what I needed to ask when I call around to different glasses places- that since they are frameless it means they were "drill mounted" and I needed to make sure the place would have that equipment. Three visits and this place never told me that and another place told me that on the first visit- and it was clear the reason that the side fell off was because of the adjustment at this place. So much time and energy wasted cause they didnt communicate to me what I needed.
