I scheduled an appointment over-the-phone for my annual check-up. The front office staff were very polite and helpful. My appointment was with Dr. Yamam Almouradi. She went above and beyond to ensure quality, professional healthcare. She explained the procedures in language I could understand and was helpful in my comprehension of the various tests and images. Not only is Dr. Almouradi professional, but shes also very personable and caring; wanting me to appreciate the importance of my vision and how to ensure the care of it. After the check-up, she escorted me to the lobby and showed to the prescription glasses where Joe later took care of me. To sum up my experience with Dr. Almouradi--it was World-Class! Passionate/skilled doctor, great staff, enjoyable experience!

Everyone at the office knew what they were doing. Business was very organized and structured. I love good customer service, Brea optometry is top notch. It was nice to walk into the office and be greeted and treated like their own family! Very personal. Im getting my eyes checked every year now just to see everyone and support my local optometrist in Brea! Thank you so much, from Elena answering my new patient call and questions, to Joseph who made the examination interesting and fun, to dr Almanza...who is just so awesome, personal, and has the best interest in the patient. I was very pleased with my experience. So glad Joseph helped me find good sunglasses for my hobbies! I love Dr. Almanza, she made me feel very comfortable.

My whole family has seen Dr. Almanza for quite a few years now and we love her!!! She is absolutely wonderful - caring, kind, very personable and provides excellent care and explains everything thoroughly!!! She is awesome with kids - all ours love seeing her :). The office staff is extremely helpful and courteous, and the office is always impeccable when we are there. Hours are convenient (they are open Saturdays too) and carry a great variety of frames for adults and kids with competitive pricing. We highly recommend them!

My children and I have seen Dr. Almanza for a few years now and we couldnt be happier! She gives us excellent care and is always so pleasant and friendly. My kids are always asking when they get to go again! All of the office staff is friendly and helpful, and the office is always neat and clean. Its in a nice, quiet location with plenty of free parking. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Almanza and Brea Optometry and we highly recommend them!

Want to start by saying the experince we had with our eye exam was fine, however after purchasing my glasses and still not having received them after a month I am highly dissatisfied. I have never had my glasses take a month to be prepared, and have had to call in repeatedly for updates only to continue to be told my glasses are still unavailable. If you need your lenses replaced or new frames and dont have a month to wait look elsewhere.

And they make customer service look like an artform -- you leave the office feeling like youve stopped by to say hello to old friends. If you need a good optometrist, this is your place! This is the best Optometry office for kids. All three of my kids have been there after I found out one of mine has having difficutly seeing. They were great, worked with her, she is 9, and even got her comfortable with contacts for sports. I recommend them to everyone!
