I really wish I hadn’t gone to this place. My first clue that this place was a bad idea is the way I saw the front desk girls treat an elderly woman who only spoke Spanish. Apparently she had been waiting awhile as a walk in and asked why so many people had gone in before her, they rudely told her that these people have appointments so we have to take them first, not telling her this from the beginning. They proceeded to tell her that they didn’t know how long it would be since she didn’t have an appointment. It wasn’t the fact that they told her this that first bothered me, it was the attitude they gave her. Seriously, she could be one of their moms. Be respectful. So now onto my experience, I didn’t need to set up an eye exam, I just needed a new pair of glasses. My optometrist is in another county which is too long of a drive for me, so I had them fax over my prescription and the model of the frames I had previously had with them to this location.They asked me if I wanted to see the frames first to try them on for fit. I didn’t see this necessary as it was a pair I had previously had before. Two weeks later my glasses arrive. I go pick them up and they are the wrong glasses. I could tell right away because they were black and I my previous glasses were brown. I told the girl I didn’t want those and didn’t know what they were .Wit h an attitude she said she couldn’t return them and this is why she asked me if I wanted to try them on. This is when I lost it. If she had framed the question differently and said something like, take a look at them and make sure you still like the fit, or look at them to make sure they’re correct, then it would have been a whole different story. I saw what my previous optometrist had faxed over and clearly it said black (wrong ) glasses. Had she bothered to confirm this small piece of info with me, we could have avoided the error. The receptionist didn’t offer any kind of apology and kept putting all of the blame on me telling me she asked me IF I wanted to try them on and I said no. So there was no resolution and the girl simply walked back behind her desk.

I do not recommend this placeto anyone, i had an appointment went in 15 min early and asked to fill in any paperwork needed and the front desk girls told me "ur appointment is not on time yet " all i wanted was to avoid staying in there for hours but no the girl wasnt happy. Then they lied to me saying if i get an eye exam and have the glasses for free, which ended up being a lie. They said if ur prescription didnt change u cant get free glasses. They could of told me that since i got there but she just wanted to make it difficult. Also they book too many ppl more than the optometrist can handle and have ppl waiting from 30-40 just to get in the room, and an additional 20-30 for the optometrist to do his job...

What a great place. I went in to get an eye exam a while back and was impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. I needed my first pair of reading glasses and they helped me find the perfect ones. The doctor was also great. He gave me an eye exam and clearly explained everything to me. It doesnt hurt that hes a big sports fan too! I would definitely recommend Anaheim Optometry to anyone looking for an eye exam or glasses.

I would stay away from this place. They have very limited selection of designer Frames and their markup is outragous. I went to them because they were in my insurance group and close to my house. Ended up paying $100.00 + insurance coverage (and CO-PAY 10.00 for exam and 25.00) Dr. was fine and staff didnt care much. Plus you have to wait over a week to get your glasses becuase they do not do the lens in house.

Beware people. When purchasing glasses, theyre selling you the frames on display. Just got my wifes glasses today and they had given her display frames with mechanism all loose. We requested new ones and the girl was upset saying that what youre buying is the displays. Now we have to wait and hope we we new frames.
