If youre looking for a quick, high quality examination process from one of the most friendliest and well-trained eye doctors in Southern California, read below! THE EYE DOCTOR 5/5: I first met Tracy Park at Lenscrafters and immediately knew she would be my primary eye doctor for a lifetime! Tracy Park genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to get to know you as a person. Her positive personality is infectious. When I learned that Tracy opened her own business (Pacific Optometry Group) in Garden Grove, CA, I had no problem leaving Lenscrafters to follow her. Its difficult to find a doctor who authentically takes the time to understand your needs, and therefore Tracy is a GEM in the eye care field. THE OFFICE 5/5: The place is extremely clean and well-organized. When you first walk in, you find yourself directly in front of one of the most friendliest staff youll ever meet; Ruby and Jenny were extremely helpful. They ensure the patient check-in process is seamless and enjoyable, which sometimes is the most difficult process in visiting an eye care doctor. The office is spacious; the left side of the office is roomy and allows patients to wait for their appointment, and the right side is well-designed to display a selection of eyeglass frames. You definitely feel welcomed and in the presence of a professional establishment. THE PROCESS 5/5:Overall, the examination process was more quick and of higher quality than any other examination Ive had previously. Since other branches run higher volume patients, the examination is more personalized and tailored. I needed contact lenses, and Tracy was more than happy to spend as much time as it required to ensure that I was picking the best product for my lifestyle. One of the biggest advantages Pacific Optometry has over other practices is their partnership with benefit partners--such as VSP. What does this mean? They can quickly find your benefit information which makes the check-in process easier. CONCLUSION: I will follow Tracy where ever she goes for this one reason: she leaves me walking out feeling outstanding about myself and that the health of my eyes! I highly recommend her to everyone.

This optometry office has an impressive amount of eyewear. Dr. Dang and her staff are very helpful and friendly! I visited the office in Garden Grove twice (one time without making an appointment, the other time being 2 hours late to my scheduled appointment) and was able to get an eye exam within 5 minutes of walking in the office.. both times! I will keep coming back to Dr. Dangs office because of the great service, the excellent selection of frames, and their trunk sale (Hopefully, theyll have another one soon).

Clean and orderly office. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Prompt service upon arrival. The equipment used to measure my pupil distance was spot-on. Dr. Dang is well-mannered and goes out of her way to provide me with the best possible near-field and distant vision without resorting to bi-focal. She definitely knows her profession inside and out. Highly recommended!
