My experience was by phone. I was attempting to order contacts and the first associate was Peter who tells me to call back when its not so busy, I dont like it but I guess I understand. I call in ten minutes and get Erica, who says "yeah hold on a second", and I proceed to wait for about 8 minutes. Someone picks up the phone presses 3 numbers and I get disconnected. I call back 3 times and get nothing. Customer service needs to be taught to these people, I only have to be a consumer to know this, not having years of experience in the field. Do not go to this office.

I had an awesome experience. Not sure about the regular dr. there, but Dr Winter was filling in and he was excellent. Willing to answer questions, explained things well and fully, and after my new glasses came in, the prescription was perfect. This is the first time I needed glasses, so its been a huge change and nothing seems off on the prescription. You can ask for Dr Winter at other locations as hes kind of a floating fill-in guy, he told me. Theyll let you know when hes going to be in.

After 3 visits..its still not the right prescription. .and his receptionist needs some training...was a terrible experience ..also you have to pay again after 3 months..ridiculous
