I have been going to this eye doctor for 3 years! Service has always been great. Now their customer service sucks, and getting worst everyday. They have 3 women in there that knows nothing. And question asked, all you get is a idk. So i call to order my 6 months worth of contacts and this chick who says shes new is helping me! Giving me all wrong info and completely clueless! So she tells me we cant order your contacts until the woman who orders them comes back from VACATION, so i said so i have to wear old contacts where the prescription has worn off until she comes back January???? ARE YOU KIDING ME!? So you are telling people who need eye wear, you have to go without eye wear until the ppl who orders them come back! I asked well why the heck are you open!? I called BS and said you need to call her and order my contacts today. I have bad vision and i need my contacts like yesterday. JUST DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE TO TRY TO WITH HOLD CARE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO CHEAP OR LAZY TO DO WHAT OTHERS DO WHO ARE ON VACATION! So the grand cake topper is when i get there to pick up samples, this girl hands me a bag with contacts in them. She doesnt say HEY would u like to try them on to make sure they are a good fit!? NO she says do u need anything else? Then i said YEA! Can i try them on? So she points to an area and says go in there. So as im opening the bag, and looking at the contacts trying to find the L and R on them, i say to her, um which is left and right? She says to me, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT Prescription GOES IN WHAT EYE? I am like no! But you should! I looking at her like trick, i dont work in optometry, nor can i read this mumbo- jumbo on this label! Thats why the MANUFACTURER PLACES AN L AND R ON EACH BOX! So she, with much attitude goes to her desk and rights an L and R on the top with a marker. So as im putting the contacts in my eye THE DAMN MARKER IS NOW ON MY FINGERS! So disgusted and aggravated due to such ridiculousness and bad customer service.

The most comprehensive eye exam Ive ever had. Dr. Poolsaad is informative, professional, polite and very caring towards his patients and the health & wellness of their eyes. Ive worn contacts for years and this is the first time a doctor has thoroughly examined to see if theyre good for my eyes or not. Usually, because I tell them its my preference, they sold them to me anyway. After my first visit, he sent me home without contact lenses. For the first time in about 10-12 years of wearing contacts, I was free of them and forced to wear my glasses and although they gave me the biggest headache, I knew it was what I needed. I came back two weeks later and now in my first true fitting for my new lenses. Im thrilled to go over the entire process again because I know this time around, my optometrist is truly examining the health of my eyes and not just upselling me on their latest lenses. I highly recommend Dr. Poolsaad! PS my very first job was at an optometrists office and I can honestly say hes better than any doctor Ive seen.

Dr. Quon and his staff are awesome! I have had some pretty challenging issues with my eyes and where every other eye doctor Ive gone to has just told me to "deal with it", Dr Quon says "well find the answer for you". You dont get that everywhere. Dr. Quon is professional, very knowledgeable about the latest treatments, but mostly, he truly cares about his patients and it shows in all that he does. Dr. Quons passion and caring attitude is also shared by his staff. Every time I call or walk in the office I dont feel like a stranger, but rather an important part of their day. Thank you Dr. Quon.

Ive been a happy patient of Dr. Quon for about 10 years now. My mom has been a patient of his for even longer! First thing you notice about Dr. Quon after seeing him for so many years is that he doesnt age. Second thing you notice is what a true expert he is in the field of optometry -- always ready to enlighten you with the latest research findings and cutting edge products and technology. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and there is a good selection of designer frames and sunglasses available. As long as Im around the area, Dr. Quon is my #1 in eye care and vision.
